Personally thought Hoddle was great for us who was a lot more spursey than Pochettino.

Like it or not Lukaku is the best striker we have. Can’t see anyone giving a decent fee for him so I see him back with us. Don’t think we can sign anyone else for a reasonable fee who would want to come. If he got back in shape he’d definitely get us 15+ a season. We would lose out on other parts of our play though but we’d have a proper No.9 which I’d prefer to that false 9 sh*t. The thought of Kai faffing about up front for another season does my head in.

Played alright considering. Chalobah is not a top class defender and as well as the awful attempt at first goal played everyone on side for second but he’s a trier and does alter gut as backup. I sort of lost interest when Sterling and Felix come on. Please no more of these two. Hasbeens on never where’s.

Have to agree, unfortunately we don’t have the players to make a decent team atm. To many dinky f**king ball players who do a nice wee touch and swan about as if that’s their job. The likes of Pulisic, Ziyech, Sterling and don’t get me started about Felix. These guys need to work and show some grit. I don’t expect them to put in massive crunching tackles but they need to move into space, lay off, move, close down, try to get blocks in. The whole lot are missing a work conviction and more and more players are get sucked in. What the f**k is James at this pass couple of games, too cool to work hard looks like. No matter the skill levels they need to be prepared to work hard. Look at Messi and Ronaldo, they didn’t get where they got too without the hard hours. Messi strolls now but still very determined when it’s required. please please Chelsea do not offer to buy Felix, was so close to booting TV yesterday watching him faft about.

Turned out a bit of a disaster really. Don’t know who would buy him now and certainly not much money. Probably go on a free if they cover his wages. To think that he will have earned more in his short career so far than many good honest professionals earn in their whole career. I bit sickening that but not his fault, he was right to get as much as he could.

There’s nothing lifts a team more than a goal. We haven’t celebrated a goal in over 6 hrs of play. No wonder the team looks down. Chilwells sending off was a split second decision and one he thought in that split second was right for the team. I think it was all on CC and his sh*te positioning and pushing forward for the earlier ball which he was never getting too and should have held position. We have ended up with an expensively assembled squad with many terrible footballers who I wouldn’t care if never saw wearing a blue shirt again. Felix, Sterling, CC, KK, Kova, Kai all need to go at the end of the season IMO. Kepa can stay as back up.

Nearly all are so called better players are having poor games. Fofano is having a mare, as if the occasion has got to him. James and Chilwell keep getting caught with the ball, James lost it for the goal. Enzo is misplacing passes. Felix utter sh*t. Only 1-0 so still to play for. James could be the key down the right. Kante and Silva only ones at the moment giving good performances. Kova seems to have forgotten how to dribble and put defences on the back foot.

Great call to make Frank an interim. Loves the club and the fans love him. Bruno was never going to do a job and would never have got the fans on side especially after the pool match. Haven’t a clue how it will go but definitely will improve the atmosphere. Maybe a chance of exciting football at the bridge again.

Agree with all of this except maybe Felix. Super player on the eye but I just not sure of his effectiveness. Def one I’d pay money to see but there’s just something missing in the important end of the field. Also I just want to type the name Kante, it’s been too long.

When Havertz is good he can be very good but that is so rarely he is a complete passenger most of the time. The way he ambles about must be so distracting for other players. I’ve kept quiet about him up to now but my god this season has been dreadful. I’d imagine though that he thinks he’s doing ok as he usually starts and rarely gets taken off.

Bruno I know nothing about you but I’ve seen enough. Get a proper caretaker in to the summer or appoint a manager soon.

Disagree. Bruno had a free run tonight to change things. He wasn’t expected to win but went with the usual and Havertz plays the whole game.
