Looking pretty similer to what people said about douglas costa, before you know, he went to bayarn and showed most assumptions about him amounted to very little.

Jose Mourinho thread
The problem is Nibs, everyone makes mistakes, you have to decide if you can tolerate them because the good out weighs the bad. For me Jose had earn't the right to have a bum season. Look, I am as a fully signed up Jose fan boy club. I believe he is by some way the best manager in the world. I believe that given the chance we would have had a great season under him next season had we stood by him, and especially for your self history has proven that in order to develop youth as a top side you need a manager who is very very stable in his job. Maybe Jose would never have done any of the above, never mind he's gone. and even I have moved on (kinda ) He is NEVER coming back and I hope that one day we get a manager we can connect with as much that is on a similer level. For me there are 3 options that I'm aware of, Gus to continue - lets see how he goes but it's not a bad option at all, especially when you think about the other managers in the league. Pep to come in, don't rate him like others do but my respect for him will sky rocket if he puts his reputation at risk because that's what he will be doing Simeoni - for me the best option but if you hate the Jose circus, this guy makes Jose look like a PG Film (In the 80's) Who ever it is, as long as its not Rafa. I'm behind them

Patrick Bamford - Back at Chelsea?
They where picked ahead of him because like many managers Pardew went for he experience. What you say about Bamford comes from some one who hasn't watched him much. He was regularly put out on the wing for Derby and Bouroug. A good friend of mine is a derby season ticket holder and he rates bamford as a hell of a player, not just a finisher. I'm going to guess he has seen much more of Bamford play then any of us

Chelsea vs Sc**thorpe (FA) 10/01/2016 KO: 14:00 BST
That formation for me as well, if that bunch of players can't beat sc**thope they either don't have the ability or desire required

Patrick Bamford - Back at Chelsea?
He is 22 years old. It's now or never for him IMO. I think he has everything he needs to make it here, he just needs the chance. I can't say it enough, Harry Kane wouldn't have made a blip had Soldardo not been such a massive flop. He's probably be playing Championship football right now. A year ago no one knew who Vardy was, now every one wants him. Time and trust, bamford has proved he's got goals in him, the question is can he do it at the top top level. We will only get that answer once he is given a run of games with the same team mates to prove it. For me it's worth the gamble, especially this season when you think it could save you 30 + million pounds if it works out.

Oscar - Little Diamond
Have to say, I feel for RLC, in the few appearances he has got he has looked better then both fabregas and Oscar for most of the season yet while they get chance after chance he is ignored. I'm at the point where I'd happily play him in place of either of those two for the rest of the season no questions asked

Patrick Bamford - Back at Chelsea?
His biggest issue is that gus hasnt got a clue who he is, same can be said for everyone out on loan

Patrick Bamford - Back at Chelsea?
This line if thought would have kane still playing lower league football and think about vardy. It's about timing and trust

Man United vs Chelsea (PL) 28/12/15 KO: 17:30 BST

Chelsea vs. Watford (PL) Boxing Day KO 3pm GMT
Haha, even less youth opportunitys then Jose offered, even are beat center back has been benched. I'm sure this team will get the job done but I hope everyone that beat Jose with why does he never play remy stick and why don't kids get a chance stick stays consistent.

Who should be next "long-term" Chelsea manager?
OK as I say I couldn't remember with your self zone posters want both worlds which just won't happen. For me I would say the RLC should be given a chance, mainly because he fits a real need in the team. I think we lack some physicality in the center of the pitch and the boy can offer that with the quality of a very decent footballer. Next to RLC and with fabregas or Oscar I think we would look much stronger. Also not buying in to the 10 new players for me we need to work out what we have, that means giving remy a run of games to see if he's up to it. That means giving RLC a go and christiansan next season before we splash, 40 million. Also anyone thinking pep will develop the youth may want to consider that he was barca b manager at one time so he knew the players he was brining through

Who should be next "long-term" Chelsea manager?
See, I can't remember if your a poster who generally what's youth given a chance buy the above just goes against the idea of any youth progression. Which was a major gripe for many with Jose

Alex Teixeira.
Not sure I buy that article, it's basically saying it's a done deal but doesn't appear any where else

Guus Hiddink - New (old) Chelsea-manager
In theory I agree with you, but in practice its not so simple, first of all you can't just play a bunch of kids week in week out and then senior players in the CL. Players do need some consistency. Also blooding like 8 kids is not going to end well. I do agree that RLC, Kennedy and Traoure should all see many more miniutes

Guus Hiddink - New (old) Chelsea-manager
Not true, we won the FA youth cup that year

Who should be next "long-term" Chelsea manager?
Mark Hughes

Who should be next "long-term" Chelsea manager?
City have the best squad in the league, this is by a margin. If Fergi was in charge of that team they would be 10 points out in frount by now Pellegrini is the great equilliser, he makes it fair by giving every one else a chance
-
Guus Hiddink - New (old) Chelsea-manager
It doesn't really say anything. None of the youth players from his time broke in
-
Guus Hiddink - New (old) Chelsea-manager
The last thing claudio needs is options, vardy will end up at left back
-
Guus Hiddink - New (old) Chelsea-manager
Last time gus came in it was at the end of Feb, he had 13 games, one loss and one draw, so dropped 4 points and picked up 33, not bad. But quite a few where 1-0 wins so the crazy irrational match threads will still be a go .. Phew
-
John Stones
My main reason for wanting him to come in is he's english. And even then, I'm still thinking lets just bring back christianson next season and save 40 millioon

The manager merry go round: United will go for Jose, those who seem to think his stock had fallen are crazy, Fergy was licking his lips at the prospect. And my guess is that united will now return to the dominant force they once where for many season, proving the 3 season garbage wrong City will get Pep, its the easiest job in the prem going. He could well be on his way to us, and I imagine he is Roman’s first choice given Roman wants us to be barcalona (According to the papers and half the posters in here) but as stated elsewhere I don’t believe he would risk his reputation Liverpool already have Klopp That Leaves us and I guess the only top top manager that springs to mind is simeoni. If it pans out that way, united should be the happiest, I think Jose will suit them down to the ground (g-d I hope he goes back to Inter) I Like Diego, I think he’s pretty close to Jose so not sure how he will go down here and styalistcily I prefer him to Pep
