Mateo Kovačić
Possibly. Or, maybe now that he's settled and seems to actually want to play for us he might start to show improvement. You just don't know, nobody really does, despite how much you have watched him. I'm personally willing to give him another chance because I'd rather look at his positives rather than focus on his negatives. He's a Chelsea player now, the least we can do is give him a crack to prove himself after a difficult loan period with us.

Mateo Kovačić
I'm content with this signing. It's not a signing that's going to turn heads, but I feel it's an important one. Kovavic as a whole didn't have the best season but I see a lot of upside in him. He's now got a year under his belt and Lampard may play him in a role that suits him better. If we can get a big improvement out of him, which I think we can, it will end up being a really good signing.

Mateo Kovačić
If Kovacic had chipped in with some goals and assists his season would have obviously looked a lot better. He's a funny one because technically he's really good, but he just doesn't get forward enough and when ever he did he was no where near clinical enough. He's still only 25 though, and whilst that should mean he's getting into his prime years there's still a lot of upside to him.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
Of course it doesn't go into our bank accounts, but it goes into the club we support. We've already established how important Hazard is, but he wants to leave and there's not much we can do other than forcing him to stay where he probably won't play at his full potential and we end up losing him on a free. If there was a chance he signs for 3 more years then every Chelsea fan would take that over even 200m, but that's not happening so the best we can do is get the absolute maximum out of Madrid so we can build for the future.

I've done the same thing multiple times. Wears Hazard's old #17 as well.

Eden Hazard - Chelsea Legend
No doubt he's irreplaceable. What he brings to us there's only a few others at most in world football that could match it, but if he's going to leave we may as well get the most we can out of him to help us rebuild. Life without Hazzy is going to be tough in the short term, but that 110m can help us in the long term. Obviously 100% of proper Chelsea fans would rather he stay though.

He's so pumped, haha. Good on him!

Makelele vs Kante
Maka was truly world class and made that position his own. We had the likes of Terry, Lampard, Cech, Drogba, Ballack and Essien in our team but Maka was by far our most important player. Protected the back line and his defensive skills meant the likes of Lampard and Essien and Ballack could move forward without any major risk. He didn't need to offer anything going forward as that wasn't his job. Still love Kante though, and just like Maka was back then I think Kante at his best is our most important player.

Guy's, he only thinks it's goodbye, it's not actually goodbye. I'm holding onto anything at this point. ?

No idea where that second half came from, haha. Great to pump Arsenal at any stage during the season, but to do it in a European final is so much sweeter. If this is Hazard's last game then it's a perfect send off.

Tammy Abraham
I'd normally agree but the experience we have isn't that much better, if at all. If you have two players who are similar levels but ten years apart you're better off playing the younger guy to get him that experience you talked about so that when he hits 23/24 he's ready to launch into his prime years. I'm not saying playing Tammy as a first choice striker is ideal, but if we can't sign any top class strikers then I feel we're much better off playing him over has been strikers.

Tammy Abraham
Selling him would be a mistake for sure. I wouldn't even mind if he stays at Villa for another season long loan, but selling him would be a terrible decision.

Sarri - In or Out?
We all want Lampard back but it has to be right for both him and us as a club. He's obviously a legend of the club, but that doesn't mean he's going to be successful here. He needs more experience as a manager and ideally needs, at the very least, a season of Premier League experience.

N'golo Kante - We are not worthy!
It might not be a Champions League trophy but it's still a huge trophy in its own right. If you support Chelsea you should be pumped for the final.

Who will top the list of biggest spenders this summer window?
I would be surprised if Real didn't top the list. Man U could have a crack and we could too if we sell Hazard for the price we want and we are actually able to sign players, but Real will be a level or two above.

The best flop striker?
Harsh to call Mutu a flop as he looked really good early and then we all know what happened next. Out of that list though flip a coin between Sheva and Torres. Such a shame about Sheva, he should have banged in the goals for fun when he joined us. When we signed him and Ballack and then Ashley Cole I was so pumped. On paper that transfer period was on par with getting Cesc, Costa and Filipe Luis. In both windows only two out of the three went on to so well.

Random Rumours
No way we sell him, especially with Hazard all but gone. Our team would be decimated.

Season's Player Ratings with NOBS on
Danny Drinkwater - 2 (times the legal limit) - Played the very first match of the season then went into full George Best mode by driving expensive cars, getting hammered with chicks and then squandered the rest. I mean what else are you going to do with all that money when you don't even make the bench? NOBS - Australia - Despite his name he would rather drink beer than drink water.
