Not a physio but recovering from surgery is mental as much as it is physical. I still have trust in Badiashile. To me, he can become the best defender at the club. But he has been shocking this season.

In my opinion the only coach to bring in now is Flick. He was one of my first choices in the summer and still is. He's proven he can compete with the best. Poch never did that.

What can we judge him on them? How about the games away to United, Everton, Newcastle and Middlesborough? Or how about the home games to Forest, Villa and Brentford? Should we forget about all those as well because I'm sure there's excuses for all of them. Brighton are playing their first season of European football and have had to juggle that into their fixtures. But guess what, they're still above us in the table.

Hate to say this but Poch is a coward. From the way he sets up the team, to the way he talks in interviews, pure cowardice that also seeps into the players. I've backed him but the disgraceful and shameful displays away to United, Newcastle, Everton and Liverpool, he's done for me. He's a scared man when he goes away to a "hostile" ground and it shows in the team. Both Poch and the players have no balls. Cowards the lot of them.
