Things are looking bleak for Poch and it's probable that sooner rather than later we'll be looking for a new manager. I've listed the names that have been mentioned and are at least semi-realistic, it'll be interesting to see who the consensus choice would be given there's no clear favourite this time around.

It has to be Hansi Flick.

Proven winner with recent success.

No more unproven managers please. We need guaranteed winners (coach and players)

Jose will be a disaster with this squad of players.

If it happens soon, I think it could be Flick. Probably as an interim initially. He is currently available, and has been spotted at the bridge a few times this season I believe.

Aye he has.

Would he want the job though?

Whoever the next full time manager is he has a big job convincing Enzo, Palmer and Nkunku to stay imo.

Enzo dad has already let it be know he basically is thinking of leaving already.

Palmers too good to be a mid table player, am sure he sees that. As is Nkunku.

Sacked by Germany after failing to get out the groups and has the second worse PPG of all German managers.

What recent success? He took the Bayern super team to their usual accolades for two seasons and has won next to nothing else.

Flick is a f**king dreadful choice. And I don't think I'd want any of that list managing us next season (or in the case of a couple, see them doing it).

Arne Slot or Thiago Motta.

Slot - taken Feyernood to a European final, won the league with them, plays a similar style of football with 4-2-3-1, has a passionate personality and even better than all of that, he turned down Tottenham.

Thiago Motta - has a footballing philosopjy, was Tuchels number 2 at PSG, doing good things with Bologna. Played at the top level. Aggressive personality. He'd get the best out of Caicedo and Enzo.

People were talking up Ruben Anjorim last year. Is he still looking like a prospect?

Good shout. He's also a better suggestion than those on the original list.

My requirements are basically someone on the way up, like Potter, with a coaching mindset, like Potter, who has a personality that can manage a top club, unlike Potter.
