Ivanovic as captain? He shouldn't even be in the team.

A well thought out post. However i'm not looking forward to the prospect of ivanovic possibly being our steadying influence on the pitch when in my eyes he shouldnt even be in the team. Hopefully the new coach will be allowed to pick the team he wants.

I was at that game with a mate in the shed who got very emotional afterwards as he thought we had gone for sure. If memory serves Chelsea were terrible and QPR cruised to victory. I think El Tel was their coach then.I remember thinking Steve Wickes was the slowest player I'd ever seen.

plenty of people across all the websites have said he isnt a good crosser of the ball with good reason because in general its woeful. when you consider how relied upon it is we need more consistency, not ( in my opinion) hit and hope crosses. If were going to start going in to semantics how many times does an ivanovic cross hit the first defender?

Well generally the countries that constitute old Yugoslavia are considered Eastern Europe by some obviously not you, the same way Australia and Israel are considered the West I suppose. The difference is The Serbs and the Russians are related by blood. It's just my take on theafonis' comment.

I remember not too long ago a poster saying we should send zouma out on loan!.people seem to forget he's only 20 or whatever whats terry and cahills excuse for this season. Did you see how easily Rondon turned terry to get a shot off? at least with zouma he has the pace to retrieve a situation.

Both mikel and fabregas had good games although going forward mikel for me is not the answer. We need a DM that can not only be disciplined but is quick enough to avoid giving away needless fouls.

It's subjective isn't it? would you say he's reliable at putting in a good cross? I wouldn't. Furthermore when he tries to play the winger role ,as in taking on his opposite he mucks it up most of the time because he is one dimensional, doesn't have a trick up his sleeve but that doesn't stop him trying. He also gets caught upfield a hell of alot. Like I said subjective.

good on ya but I dont. He was under no obligation when he made the 'i'm gonna give reuben four or five games' line. Maybe he was hoping that they would rediscover their form and put him on when we were three or four goals ahead. Then he could say that hes giving him game time. I think a good majority of our fans want to see what these boys are like when it matters.

I think we need two centre backs personally one to replace terry and one to replace ivanovic

Maybe you trust Terry but I dont. If his performances dont improve I would seriously question a contract extension.

And when we get crosses in have more than one person in the box. Surely mourinho could see that that was an issue, but every f ing game it was the same thing. I would actually like to see baba play for that reason. We have got to be more attacking I feel.

And why should he fear them,any of them. There aren't many who can hold their heads up so far this season.If I was him I wouldnt allow myself to be schooled by any of them.

Don't get me wrong,getting the players to throw their tops into the crowd after getting the s@it kicked out of them at Blackburn that night in 04/05 for example was legendary ,but there were comments he made especially this season that were defended all too easily by some of us. Because he's Jose mourinho. And he's a legend.

lampard was done. However the blue tinted glasses lot were inspired when he scored a few last season. As for Cech, unfortunately a choice was made which he should understand. When he joined us at 22 or 23 he said he didn't come to Chelsea to sit on the bench and he replaced a good and popular goalie in cudicini who hardly got a game once Cech arrived.

I think suggesting that there were possibly 24 players who didn't care is a load of bull. You're making him out to be some kind of martyr the only one backing the commander in chief.
