I made a bet with my girlfriend that Lukaku will score more for chelsea this season that Torres.

I will be happy to see it close actually. I usually really enjoy the windows being open but Chelsea have kept everything so quiet this time it has been a touch frustrating.

Im sure it means you cant go on loan twice in the same window but he wouldnt be going on loan twice, we signed him and then he would be going on loan once. I hope he doesnt go tho.

Are you sure about that? I thought u couldnt play for 3 teams in a season. If he signed for stoke then it would only be 2. We signed that goal keeper and he has gone off on loan to A.Madrid.

~Im sure i read that he can play at RB as well as LB/LW. Maybe AVB wants him to come in and play RB.

I agree we have a better squad but i think Uniteds work better together. Example, Torres hasnt fitted in at Chelsea since arriving. Anelka is always out of position etc. You have to give it to Fergie he can build a team to work well over and over again. I feel a bit sick after saying that!

I think Torres is one hell of a player but not right for the way Chelsea have been set up for the last 6 or 7 years. I think we made a mistake in buying him. Until some of the old guard go (not that i want them to at all) and a new way of playing is flowing then i cant see him really doing that well at Chelsea. It is a damn shame coz he is really something special.

He isnt needed here anymore. We have better options now in Sturridge and Lukaku and Mata. 13 million would be quite a good price for him. Cant remeber what we paid for him in 2006.

I voted no because i cant see them selling him this late in the window without replacements coming in. Maybe another bid in January will do the trick like Torres.

From what i read he said, he just wants to stay at Chelsea, he knows he wont play a lot of minutes but he wants to learn from the best and thats Drogba and Torres.

I am a little worried for Luiz. Im sure someone on here posted that AVB doesnt rate him at all from his time in Portugal. AVB is saying he has a little injury but could it be more than that? He wont play at the weekend but is fine to go and play for Brazil?! I know there is no real strong evidence to back up my worries, its just something that crossed my mind.

I have had it for years. It is pretty good. You get all the interviews with the players and the blues news everyday can be good at times. The call in shows are ok as well. You cant see live first team games (unless its pre season) but that because of Sky owning the rights. The two female prestenters are quite fit.

Stats can be twisted which ever way you want. He failed to step up at all last season and he is one of the oldies in the squad, i say if someone is willing to take him off our hands and payroll then sell him while we can. I agree he wouldnt be top of the list who should be shown the door but i dont think we are getting many serious offers for the likes of Anelka and Kalou.
