SSN say that the gonners are about to bid 8m for Malouda (as well as the 10m for Alex) .. How many of ours do they want !!

I cant see us selling to the gooners. Even those who wont be starting in our team will massively improve theirs. f**k 'em! I hope they go down!

Could have seen it possibly a few years ago when they still had quite a strong French connection, but I doubt he'd want to leave CHelsea for Arsenal now.

Rather he go for five to Italy. Arsenal must be getting desperate if there is any truth to this. Hope there is, becasue the truth about their squad is dawning on them far too late.

I wouldnt take that deal. IMO Alex is at least worth 10-15 on his own. I would probably rate Malouda at 7-8 and Benayoun at 4-5. The fact that this is Arsenal means we shouldnt get lowballed for any of them, IMO.

If we are going to lose players, make it one of Malouda or Benny, but not both. Benayoun played outside for the dippers, and Im sure he could do a job for us there too, if it realy came down to it.

No thanks. Even though I kind of feel sorry for them I'm enjoying their collapse.

We'd get money for exchange. It is not like we give those players for free. At the moment Malouda, Yossi and to some extent Alex are subs for us. Many here would be cheering if we'd let Flo go. If they don't buy from us they will buy from someone else. How many times our old player have come back to haunt us. Guddy scored for Barca in CL..Selling Joey to Scum was one of the smartest things we've done in years.

Oh by all means if either of them join the arse and completely flop or at least don't contribute a thing, then I'd let them go.

But on the other hand if what's been said that they'd be "a success" then I'd think twice about it. I definitely don't want to relive Eidur at Barcelona.

Malouda has random periods of excellence...I'd hate for that to be the reason for Arse beating us in a game...

Alex Malouda and Benayoun leaving would give Lukaku, Sturridge, McEachran and Kalas more of a chance to appear in the first team. If we rejected 22m this summer how much would they go for next summer?

Use to 22m for another winger with more experience then Sturrdige? or not invest and actually bite the bullet and trust the young talent with have within our squad.

I was wondering the same thing. I was sad to see Eidur go, but his career as a top level footballer went off a cliff after he left Chelsea. Still, dont blame him for wanting to try his hand there and he got a few years in the Spanish sun.

No way would I sell now to Arsenal and especially no f***ing way I would see all three mentioned above to another London squad. That would be way too arogant aand it would come back to bite us.
