I disagree, i dont think he would come back. He wants to play every game and wants to be an important part of a team, i think he knows that he wouldnt get that at Chelsea epically if Modric does turn up.

Good old Sheva, im gutted it didnt work out for him. My two favourite moments of him at Chelsea are the goal against spurs and when he cleared a ball off our goal line and celebrated with Ashely Cole just like he had scored a winning goal. it was classic!

From what i have read Sturridge is going to be either sold or loaned out again. Anelka will (hopefully) be sold so that frees up 2 spaces already. I think now would be a good time to get him. Let him have a season or two with Drogba, learning from him in training and given time to adjust to the league.

I agree about Anelka or Malouda or both leaving. I think Anelka only wants to be at the club for the money, some of his performances last season were shameful. Also the man should never be allowed to take pens! As for Malouda im just not sure he can do a really good job for us anymore.
