Moos has a point, but I certainly wouldn't call people stupid. I believe if the JT penalty situation was reversed, there are some that would have been calling it a blatant penalty and how we were robbed once again. I've looked at the replay, and I've got to admit that I believe it could have gone either way. I believe our midfield is still weak. If you noticed in the first 20 min or so, Meireles was doing his usual cavalier style of tackling. That's why he got an early yellow. Granted, he changed and went more subtle but you could see at first it was typical to how he usually goes at the opposition. Most of us also seem to agree that Mata was invisible for great periods of the match. Mikel was very disciplined and did his job well. So when you think about it, our midfield as a whole didn't do a spectacular job. However, our back line did. Even with the few mistakes, there was always cover. Only once did Benfica really get through and it was a poor finish. That's why we looked so comfortable. We had a plan, and stuck with it. Our back 4, 5 if you include Mikel, executed almost to perfection. Overall, we got the three points and we did what we needed to.

The Torres "haters" have the same tune. He scores a brace and an assist against Leicester, but it wasn't good competition. He runs his arse off every match, but it doesn't result to anything so obviously it was garbage. Never mind the fact that he keeps the defenses on their toes. He's one of our best crossers, but that doesn't matter because he should only score goals. He grabs the assist against Benfica, but it was "miss hit". Give it a rest. I don't think ANYONE will say that he's back to that lethal form at Liverpool but people are just grasping at straws to find any flaw in him. Nando has been getting better and better throughout the weeks. Is he worth the money? Only the front office can determine that. He's a Blue, and ffs I'm going to cheer for him every time he's on the pitch just like everyone else wearing the kit.

I thought it was a very good collective effort. Really thought Paulo did excellent tonight. The man hasn't sniffed a match, in what seems like ages, and he put together a really solid performance. Can't ask for any more than that. Torres gave them fits all night. Thought our defensive line was sturdy. Rambo was Rambo. His speed is amazing! Mata needs a rest. A match off would do him really well. Well done to RDM for the selection. I know I was scratching my head but it worked well. That's why he gets paid the big money and I do not. When is our match with Newcastle rescheduled for? It was supposed to be April 14th.

To be honest, I'm starting to worry about keeping 5th. We're tied on points with Newcastle and it's almost a guarantee that we'll drop some points. Newcastle are playing well right now. They will drop points as well, but they could get some results and put some real pressure on the lads. It's one thing to miss out on the CL. It's really going to be a mental blow if we lose out on the CL and the Europa.

Believe Europa league is only 5th.

Cahill for me. Cech and Ash did well, especially Ash helping on the line at the end of the first half. Cahill seemed to be everywhere at the back though, did a great job.

The Asus laptops are good value for their money. I would just DBAN the hard drive to wipe everything off of it then install whatever I want. I'm a MacBook Pro fan since I run windows and Linux in VMs anyway. I think the Apple aluminum casings just hold up so well. I just sent a 3 year old MacBook Pro to my mother-in-law and the machine ran/looked like new. However, if I were to go out of the Mac world, I'd go with Asus for hardware.

Got to agree with you Moos about the 1st and 2nd. I thought the 3rd was good, but a significant drop off from the 1st and 2nd. Still, seeing this trailer got me excited to see the movie. I also hope it's not disappointing.

Saw the trailer for this yesterday. I have to say, it looks brilliant. I will probably go see this in the theater once it releases.
