Assuming that this is representative of how he plays and his ability, which is of course a bad assumption. I'd agree up to a point that he's a bit like Walcott, with two differences. I'd say his technique looks better in the sense that he looks more in control of the ball, but his end product is probably worse than Walcott's. So he could be another SWP or he could be a Willian. Time as always will tell, but he looks like an interesting player at least.

I think I've gone through all the stages of grief and I've finally hit acceptance. It was a pleasure to have him in our side, it's painful to think of him in another shirt, but we have a lot of strength in that position. It depends on how Salah does as to whether we have the depth there, but I'm hopeful at least. I wish him the best in his personal life, but I of course hope he doesn't work out for Man Utd. Oscar, Hazard and Willian have been our first choice set up for a number of weeks and if Salah is better placed to back that up, then so be it. Matic strengthens our weakest position leaving centre forward and left back to find in the summer to complete our squad (whereas Man Utd still need 5/6 players to have a side, not a squad).

Varane. Mikel. Santon. Those spring to mind to start with.

I think it's fair to say that Willian at his best v Hazard at his best, Hazard will always come out on top. I think it's also fair as True Blue said, Willian could well be a much more consistent performer in the long run. A large part of which is that even if he isn't producing in front of goal, he's at least putting in the work defensively. Back to Mata, I think it's a good topic and it'll be interesting to see if we manage to keep hold of him next year and how his game develops with Mourinho guiding him.

I'm all for pointing out some of Aldridge's c**tishness, but I'm not sure I can support sending him abuse, let alone hacking his accounts (even if it's only said in jest).

Debian for me as I'm more comfortable with it and a lot of the little bits I'd want to add won't work properly on FreeNAS. Also, I'm thinking a few things I'm planning May need NTFS for my windows PC to access it. I'm planning to have it on 24/7 (downloading at night), with 5/6 users each with 2/3 devices. I'd hate to lose my data.

Not being able to explain the difference between SATA 1, 2 and 3 doesn't mean your technical knowledge is lacking. Neither is it lacking if you don't instantly know that SATA is the protocol for the cable connecting a hard drive in your computer. It's fine to not know that, unless you're building a computer from scratch at which point you just have to know that 3 is the fastest so make sure everything runs that. Us nerds like to show off just how much we know so we use acronyms and get into discussions about which RAID level you should use on your NAS, which no one needs to care too much about... Unless you're using RAID 0, then you're wrong. ;)

The only way we can really judge who's the better keeper without them both being at the same club or at least the same league. I think next year we'll bring Courtois back and have them have some form of fight to the death to see who comes out on top. I have a feeling that Courtois is better or at least very close, but it's impossible to tell due to the different challenges they each face. Great problem to have of course.

Why doesn't it make sense to install 2 internal hard drives side by side? I would say it makes less sense to have an external drive if it's only going to be used by one computer as it just means extra clutter. I get that for someone who doesn't feel confident installing a hard drive, it might make more sense to have an external one, but I don't think it's true in general. Although everyone should have NAS anyway. Uno - that one looks fine.

I haven't disagreed with as many points in a post as this for a while. Luiz hasn't got the awareness for central midfield. The game is played in front of him normally, but in central midfield he sometimes looks lost. He isn't used to where to stand and his only pace is top speed, which means he can't take the sting out of the game (opposite problem to Mikel of course). Also what he plays can't be described as DM, he's more a CM, but that's not really important. What we're suggesting is a Viera or a Yaya Toure. Someone who can control the midfield even if we're outnumbered there. Pogba and Matic are the best examples of who is gettable. It's entirely different to Catteermole and really in a whole different class in terms of quality. Mikel is hardly nasty, he had some problems with mistimed challenges, but they're few and far between as he's improved.

My point was more that I feel the tactical issues aren't really tactical issues, it's more down to the players not fitting. I may well be wrong here, but that's the way I see it, although you're more knowledgeable on tactics.
