I think Josh would benefit from a loan spell abroad, and this is something that we should seriously consider in future with our more technically gifted players. However, I'd hope that he has a very good pre-season (again) and he does stay at the club to challenge for a place. I'm not sure why, but I think this coming season we will see a few more academy products playing in the first team.

They'll never make it! I am hopeful that a lot of these will make it at Chelsea, there is some real talent there. The future is looking bright.
