He's 18. I'm not sure what he expects. Had he stayed with the club this season he would've got his debut probably but I strongly feel that the loan was the better option for him, he needs games and not in the U21 league or sitting on the bench. He should concentrate on performing for Vitesse, we have free spots in the squad for the forward position as the only senior striker we have and is likely to stay is Costa. Adding the fact that Conte likes to play with two strikers there's definitely a spot to grab.

Pochettino, Klopp, LVG - they might not be miracle makers when it comes to youth but they definitely utilised them more than José and Guus did this season. As I see the problem is that despite the club built a great academy in the past 12 years, we do not have a clear plan in place how to integrate its best products to the first team. Or maybe we had too many plans constantly changing them, in the end that's the same as not having a clear plan. The managerial revolving door did not help the academy prospects either.

Just how many points do you think can be deducted for a bad performance? If it's more than 0 then why didn't the FA already deduct points from us? Please quote the post where I suggested anything. If you cannot then you might as well try to answer my question instead of putting words into my mouth. If we put in a turgid performance and lose the game like we often did this season, how do you think the FA could prove there was intent?

Would you like an investment to double your money with no risks at all? Just put everything you have on a Bournemouth win.

And how could one tell if we threw the game or just played on the same level as the whole season? There would practically be no difference between the two. Also, how many point do you think the FA can deduct? It has to be at least 15 for us to be in danger of relegation. So far 15 point was the biggest (L**ds in 2007), it's not likely at all to break that record for a mere sh*t performance.
