I think Terry being out of the final is a good thing...he now has to make up for it in the FA Cup final and remaining Premier League matches. Terry has always played very well after contraversal incidents, often showing up with goals and/or rock solid performances...I expect no less this time around. I feel bad for him now looking back on the whole thing but he'll still get a winners medal right?

anyone know the actual size of the nou camp compared to the bridge? ive been hearing alot of talk about how barca are still 60-40 favourites due to the fact theyre at home on their "enormous" pitch where we wont be able to cope with their space and blah blah blah, can it be THAT much bigger? AND why isnt pitch size regulated?

people think barcelona is the team from god, and that messi is unstoppable...i feel if messi was put in england, his goal scoring stats would suffer, HEAVILY--its that much more physical in our league. also my point was that the spanish league caters towards barca's and messi's style...instead of exploiting their weakness in spain they try and fight fire with fire and end up getting nowhere, if teams opted for water rather than fire like we did, they would end up dropping alot more points and mr messi wouldnt get so many hattricks...obviously it takes talent to beat them, but the pedestal that the football world has put them on is borderline nausiating. THATS JUST ME THOUGH!

i also feel like messi is given too much respect and too much time with the ball...at least when ronaldinho was in his prime he had huge legs and he actually took a beating, messi seems to have time for a w**k whilst on the pitch in La Liga...close him down and dont give him time...thats all you have to do to this kid... dont get me wrong messi is world class and at least in club play he is the best, but he is NO SUPERMAN like the pundits claim he is---he was the weak link in the chain toinght, at fault for the goal =)=)!

and that is why i beleive the spanish league makes Barcelona look that much better...we go out to suffocate them, teams like getafe and athletico will go out to try and pass it like they do and end up losing 4-1...If Barca were in the Prem, teams like blackburn and bolton would run their guts out just so they keep it nil nil, maybe even nick the game in the end...anyone else agree???

its always so sad to see great athletes lose their knees...essien cannot play like he used to, he wouldnt be able to walk after the age of 40...you wait and see, the same fate awaits ramires.
