  1. Yeah I just saw the same tweet.
  2. Transfer Central TNC â€@TransferNewsCen Chelsea have had a 20m bid for Schurrle accepted. Deal shpuld go through as player is keen on the move. This isn't a Football agent account. A lot of official individuals and organizations follow this account. And it seems to only report facts, not rumours.
  3. It's bullsh*t. Keith McGrath â€@KeithMcGrath62 #Falcao signing for #CFC. Retweet this if you think it's a good signing or Favourite this tweet if you think it's a bad signing. ^ moron.
  4. So so bitter. I was going to hazard a guess that it was a Spurs or Arsenal fan but I see it has already been confirmed as the latter.
  5. https://twitter.com/BackPage/status/240185111340019712/photo/1/large Haha, this will be funny to the 80% of us who knew that these "football agents" on twitter were fake, and very embarrassing to the other 20% who defended him! Personally I find this hilarious and fair play to him, but I guess a lot of people will find it sad. I posted it on this thread because I think this is the thread on which he was quoted most.
  6. Love both aspects of this post. Where is it you heard this though?
  7. I agree with everything you say apart from the first sentence. I still think we will be getting Hulk towards the end of the window. I hope we don't. But I'm very sure that we will. I don't think Roman will care a great deal about the fact we will be overstocked. I hope that you're the one who is right though!
  8. Imagine if Hulk was added to that...
  9. He's just some kid having fun during the summer holidays.
  10. I'm not sure if this is the game to start Oscar or rest Mata. I consider Newcastle as difficult to beat as Arsenal and Spurs and so as one of our best players I want Mata on the pitch (although I agree that he does need to be rested!) even if it's just for 60 minutes. That incidentally might be a good time to bring on Oscar, who I don't think is quite ready to start a PL game, let alone a game as big as this. Don't get me wrong I'm one of his biggest fans, but I think I'm also the only one who thought he looked a little nervous and gave the ball away a bit against Reading, even if he did have a positive impact. Ivan---Cahill ---- Terry -----Cole Mikel ---------Ramires Mata Sturridge -----------Hazard Torres
  11. It's done. Dami â€@TheChelseaWay Wigan have accepted Chelsea's 5th offer for Victor Moses [Goal].#CFC Bryan Swanson â€@skysports_bryan Wigan accept bid for Victor Moses from Chelsea. Fee believed to be around £9m. Now it's up to negotiations between us and him.
  12. Sam Wallace â€@SamWallaceIndy "Intrigued that David Luiz has gone to Barcelona today. Whatever could he be doing there?" "Strong interest in David Luiz all summer from Barcelona, who have been told by #CFC price is £30m" Sam Wallace just tweeted these. Please somebody tell me that he is lying. Edit: ok he has now tweeted this - Sam Wallace â€@SamWallaceIndy David Luiz attending a Nike event in Barcelona, according to CFC. Assured it is nothing more than that
  13. He is more than just a cracking player on the pitch. The thing that I love about Luiz is the sheer amount of positive morale he brings to the squad! He is just a hilarious human being. He is loved by the team and fans and if we were to sell him, not that I believe anything about this story, I think our biggest loss would be in the morale of the team. He would be dearly missed, and not just because of his contributions during matches.
  14. Really?? I think he's unlucky not to be starting!
  15. We sign Modric, we waste the £25 million we spent on Oscar, and the potential of a brilliant player who is already near the same level as Modric, who is the same kind of player, and who will, IMO, be better before long. I would have welcomed this had we not signed Oscar. But we have. Does anyone else think along these same lines??? I expect to be significantly in the minority with this view.
  16. Hazard looks like he will be very effective. He definitely still has to get used to the pace and physicality of the league, as well as syncing more with the rest of the team, but I was impressed. I also think this diving criticism was harsh, don't let that moment from the Man city match form your opinion of him too early. Attracting contact to commit the defender or win the foul is part of his game and I don't think there was a moment today where he went down unwarranted. In fact I was impressed at the way he took all of those heavy challenges on the chin and got on with it, and the ref certainly missed a few fouls on him... At this (early) point I see Oscar as our best signing. He had a very strong 30 minutes. The fact he even played a role today speaks worlds of him considering how long he has been here and how little experience he has of English football. Watched him run the Brazil game against Korea at Old Trafford and I am very optimistic. 3 points. Very happy; I had a bad feeling before this game. lets hope we can start to produce performances that match our results! I think everything on this has already been said.
  17. I'm confused, what are the clues???
  18. I'm in, team has changed about 50 times already so I'll wait till the start of the season before posting it.
  19. A journalist was saying that it equals just over £31 million.
  20. This thread really makes you realise how many good players Chelsea have let go of....
