gave it to super franky lamps, 4 goals outstanding, i think that not only pushes him over the 20goal mark for yet another season but also in contention for a 20goal haul in the prem. What a legend. And what a match to celebrate JT becoming Chelsea's longest serving captain.

Made all the better with arsenal drawing

Gave it to Frank, not just for his goals but he was back to his old game i think. He was box to box again, Arriving late, creating space for himself and others, passing was better. Well played Sir.

Deco was much much better today, and MAlouda kept up his great form.

Only downpoint for me was that Ashley Young ran Paulo ragged for me, but that just further proves why i think we should go for him.

Well played boys great performance

Lampard shades Malouda. They were both in everything....almost perfect games from both of them.

When a midfielder scores four goals, including his 150th in a Chelsea shirt and reaches twenty goals yet again, there can be no other. He could have told Friedel where he'd be placing his penalties and it wouldn't have made a difference.

But this is a real contrast to after the Blackburn match, where I couldn't choose the least-bad player.

Malouda? Two footed and vital in a way I couldn't have imagined 18 months ago. He had a great match, and I thought Deco did very nicely indeed to get the team ticking again. The entire midfield played well, and I saw some very nice touches from Mikel and shielding to get out of danger.

Malouda for me making my MOM votes monotonous,

Lamps was superb and Deco helped make it all tick, Anelka was good although he never scored and I think Zhirkov (apart from their goal) looked good.

Nobody had a bad game although Paulo had a tough time with a young quick player to deal with.

That showed the intent is there, the subs were good and understandable and Birmingham done what a few of us thought they might for us..a good day.

Too many great performances, so my vote goes to Carlo Ancelotti

Well motivated Blues

Anelka and Ballack got playing time nicked, but not Lampard

Drogba's knees get rested

::clap2::

Yup, agree with just about everyone here. Deco and MAlouda were both excellent, the latter a dual MOTM if there was such a thing, but Frank looked like the Frank of old today. He was exceptional

Scoring four goals is enough to get my vote. Some other players that was immense as well (Malouda and Terry to name two), but I have to give Lampard a well deserved vote this time.

You know you have played well when a player scores four goals and yet isn't clearly MoTM. I thought Deco was brilliant today and Malouda just keeps on with his top form. But in the end I think Frank just edged it.
