If you can make it to one of these concerts then do so. Last chance to see one of the greatest, if not the greatest, albums performed live.

Its actually hard to imagine anything worse Loz! Bar Mercury coming back from the dead and Queen going at it again of course.

*runs away, fast*

Peasant - you are too busy waiting for Swing Out Sister to reform

Its coming, trust me.

right there with you bjd, did not like Floyd after DSOTM, and I cannot stand Queen, even to the point of switching radio stations if Queen get played.

You didn't like 'Wish You Were Here'?

oh good god. time to start scraping those pennies. the wall is a work of genius at its most pure.

I think tickets go on sale on Tuesday but that is only to fan club members - not sure about open sale. It isn't going to be cheap!

You only have to register at rogerwaters.com to get early access to tickets

I'm a bit worried having seen the reformed Pink Floyd playing at Live 8 and hearing that Roger's voice (never that strong to begin with) had totally gone. At one point Gilmore and Mason seemed to be sharing a laugh.

Does he wheel on someone else to sing the difficult bits, does anybody know?

Nice tip Tim. I did that and got my tickets today before the general release tomorrow.

Only too happy to oblige

Can't make up my mind where to see him, Stockholm, Berlin or Paris. Hotels are expensive in Stockholm but it's only a train ride, Berlin is good, cheap airfare, good beer yet you never know who you might bump into in Paris.

I'd be much more tempted to go if he was playing Dark Side, Animals or Wish You Were Here.

Now I'm going to run away before loz hits me.

I agree with you. All 3 of those albums are far superior to The Wall...

Right you are Wicksy, but Roger can't really put those on since they are so dependent on the other three guys. Especially

I didn't see Ummagumma or the More album (which is awesome). But all those early ones can't really be done without Syd.

Roger always assembles a great band, very faithful to the music. We'll "feel the warm thrill of confusion" on 9/28 :ShaKe: .

Disagree completely, the only thing lacking would be Gilmour's voice. You only have to listen to the Australian Pink Floyd show to know how easy the music is to reproduce.

how easy the music is to reproduce

If I noticed that Nick Mason was absent, I would wonder why they call themselves Pink Floyd.

Reproduction is easy

not desperately, love early Floyd Meddle, Relics, Atom Heart Mother, Saucerful of Secrets.

lets not forget Ummagumma - Several Species Of Small Furry Animals Gathered Together and grooving with a pict - some Track title that?
