He will have to leave Juventus soon. He obviosuly want to. I cannot even remember why we wanted him now.

Every club in the universe has been linked with him over the years. He's decent at Serie A level and that's all. Chiesa, pre-injury, was way better.

I think it’s always been more that Juve would love to move him on. He cost them £62 million or thereabouts iirc and will be on huge wages compared to most in their squad. Just had a look and he was on €250,000 a week net. It’s probably only Haaland that’s on more in this country. His wages were doubled for the final two years of his contract which is probably why he’s now been released on a free as they were trying to extend his contract for €6 million per year and there’s no way he’d take a drop that big.

He looked very good at Fiorentina but has flattered to deceive after a bad injury a few years ago.

Stay well clear.

Signing Konate would be a big mistake the guy is pants, overhyped by playing alongside peak Van Dijk and even then he was average. The only attribute he learned from VVD is tackling by pushing players. Like buying Tosin with triple the wages.

So obvious.

Regardless what you think of Konate, by now, all of us know what type of player that we will sign.

Juventus salary in 2025 was just slightly more than West ham

Zadok Yohanna [18] a Nigerian winger currently playing in Stockholm. £21.6 million.

Bid accepted - Welcome to Chelsea Zadok?

BlueCo's inability to read the room or them just simply not giving a sh*t will never cease to amaze me.

Because that's what we should be doing right now. Allocating funds to buy teenagers that will be loaned to Strasbourg and won't ever wear a Chelsea kit in a professional game.

I swear to all that is good, I will fly out there myself if the players we sign for the first team are absolutely rubbish amidst all the gaslighting and PR.

If he wants Rogers we need to go all out to get him, we don't have time to wait for teenage wannabe's to develop or buying the next market opportunity (Leao).

Apparently, Arsenal only have a £100m transfer kitty according to their fans on other forums given the expenditure/wages in recent years. They’d have to massively clear their books to spend over.

This fits in line with their Barcola interest, who’ll cost significantly less than Rogers. They also want to strengthen at ST and in midfield/defence.

We may have a free shot at Rogers but the difficulty is still the same. How do you convince him to join.

He's great friends with Cole Palmer. The two of them would be great together. . . .according to Matt Law, Rogers is very immature. But what does the fcuckwit know. Alonso is the key and his vision is important.

We can’t offer any insane wages though.

Best we could offer is an incentivized wage with a “promise” that it could be in excess of £200kpw should the club qualify for champions league.

If what you say about Arsenal is true then we’re competing with Aston Villa which I think we can still beat. That’s unless the Manchester clubs get involved.

Really another 18 yr old winger, just what the squad needs.

SORRY, but why would Rogers sign for a team with NO European football?

Arsenal, City, Chelsea or stay at Villa

Arsenal and City will pay him 250k a week so thats another reason why he wont come here

As for Arsenal only having 100m to spend what about all the players they will sell including this….

Apparently got a €17m sign on fee & €400k/w. Won’t be surprised if they poach Szoboszlai on a free next.

Safe to say no one knows dick. Every rumor so far been so widely off the mark.

Good we are keeping things close to chest at least.

Not going to give them any credit. I reckon they did put in a bid with the thinking he will be loaned out to Strasbourg, player most likely opted for Brighton. They have gutted that Strasbourg team this summer with Emegha, Penders & Barco leaving for us, and Moreira and other itching for a move away. They need to get players in fast or the team will unravel.

I’m glad this hasn’t happened, don’t know anything about the kid. Will probably go on to be a worldly now we ain’t signed him but this summer has to be about prioritising the first team.

All funds required for that.

Ah, I see, we shall buy him next summer for 100 million quid from Brighton :0)

Alejandro Grimaldo to replace Marc Cucurella . . .apparently. Allegedly. lol.

He is 30. Which would make him the oldest player we have signed since Sterling most likely. I do get a sense that Marc is leaving. I personally am ok with Hato being the LB, but we also need to adjust the squad.

The estimated transfer value for Alejandro Grimaldo is between €23.6 million and €28.8 million. . . .or maybe we could swap him for our current Alejandro G?

He was absolutely key for Alonso at Bayer and it should help having at least one player who knows exactly what’s expected from him.
