Austin Maxi, Escort Mk 2, Fiesta, Sierra, Invalid Carriage, those were the days when you saw them in grounds.

"O west London is wonderful, O west London is wonderful, it's full of Sierra's, escorts and Maxi's, o west London is wonderful"

Credit to Leeds although rivals they normally brought a boisterous and fair size crowd.

No disrespect but when you think the likes of Wigan established themselves for a few years in the PL with their small away following yet likes of Leeds stuck in the Championship.

I hate Leeds but would love to re-ignite the old rivalry again.

Yes its all very romantic when these smaller clubs get promoted, and funny when a big club gets relegated, but after a bit you start to miss the bigger clubs not being there, such as dirty Leeds, sheff weds, and villa

The Blues are back in Europe this season and ahead of tomorrow's Champions League draw our latest photo feature recalls our first continental triumph...

Unfortunately for Dave Sexton's Chelsea, the Spanish side equalised in the last minute to take the final to a replay.

The teams reconvened at the same stadium 48 hours later, and here David Webb (number six) and Osgood (nine) are pictured in the buid-up to John Dempsey's opening goal, a fine volley. The defender is between the two Real Madrid players in the background.

Osgood doubled our advantage before the break and though a Real Madrid goal 15 minutes from time set up a nervy finish, the trophy was ours. Here captain Harris is chairlifted by a gaggle of ecstatic team-mates.

Wearing slightly more clothes but with no fewer grins on their faces, the players gather round the trophy at a press conference celebrating the triumph.

Many Chelsea supporters who had travelled to the Greek capital had to return home after the first game. But when the squad returned to London to parade the trophy through the streets of Fulham and Chelsea, every Blues fan got a sight of their heroes. The parade finished at Fulham Town Hall where a reception was then held to toast the momentous victory.
