Was at the 1/4 and am trying to remember if there was a pitch invasion. When I first saw the picture I thought it might be the last game of the season 1993-1994: the last game before the old Shed End was closed for re-building. Difficult to tell who we are playing.

Yes I was there in the west, peacock scored only goal wolves were situated up in the east upper, there was a pitch invasion with the big blue flag being paraded round pitch, blue smoke bombs in shed as well, which was different

Remember the blue flag being paraded. Have also looked at the photo again and it looks like the opposition is playing in red and white. Arsenal? Or Sheffield United? We played Sheffield United in the last game of the old Shed End.

Can just about make out the white sleeves on the opposition shirts. Good selection of cars as well. Looks kike an XJS Jaguar in the middle of the picture.

Nowadays, you get players on the TV post match and they're all clued up, told what to say and how to say it by their elocution teachers. With Jimmy hill desperately trying to keep the conversation flowing, Hudson looked like he'd been up all night and couldn't care f**k one way or the other. I had to laugh.
August 24, 20178 yr @old git agreed on that. He didn't come across as the brightest button in the box. Good player though, pity it all went sour with us. Some good tackles in that game too, one on Ossie in the second half was particularly choice and he just got up and shrugged it off.
August 24, 20178 yr Just need to add the Le Coq Sportif logo to the numbers...they look so complete with these transfers on them
