Bought the Rugby World Cup game yesterday, sold it on eBay this evening. I hadn't seen the reviews, just picked it up in Sainsburys as an impulse buy, which was a mistake.

 

Genuinely one of worst games I've ever played and frankly, it's nothing short of disgraceful. The devs/creators/producers and everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves. 

 

IGN gave it 1.5 which is about 8 too much

 

I've never been much of a rugby fan but gosh.... this game looks so poorly made.

Haha that's weird, Fifa 99 is exactly how I described the graphics to a mate yesterday!

 

Sadly though, Fifa99's graphics are probably superior. RWC15's are so bad, there are no close ups of players as they are all the same, just black or white.

 

It's probably closer to the 3D match engine on Football Manager, but less good.

Far Cry reveal looks awesome sauce.

23rd of Feb release too! Hopefully will give enough time to complete Fallout.

 

Great that the release is so close. The Far Cry series is my favourite of the last few years. Can't wait...

With the close release date, there'll probably be some gameplay relatively soon 

Is Primal an interim game like Blood Dragon was? Or is it meant to be Far Cry 5?

Going to buy a console in a week. I was an old console gamer, until I had no time for it when studies took over. Loved the old mgs, gow, and hitman type games. Had a ps2 and a PSP. So ps4 would be a good choice over xbox , right?:) kind of old noob here:)

IMO, ps4 pwns xbone all day long.

As ever get whichever console has the exclusives you like and the one your mates have. There's not a lot to choose between them really.

I am leaning towards the ps4 cos I like uncharted and more familiar with it. Only worry I have is that, would I be missing a lot when win10 gets into Xbox one?

And digital or physical copies better?.Only played them when only physical copies were available.

Physical copies are cheaper, you can buy second hand and you can sell them so I'd stick to physical copies.

No one's reporting it as a mini-game since reveal and ubisoft's digital pre-order price is £54.99, same as most normal games.

Im doing digital on the Xbox One, you can get the price down using various ways. Buying MS points cheap, setting you country to a different one etc.

If you love story based RPGs in a massive beautiful open world then you cannot go wrong with the Witcher. I hadn't played the series before either and I LOVED the latest one. Far Cry 4 is great too, plus GTA V. They'd keep you going for a long time!

Witcher 3 is awesome! But if you wanna get the maximal fun out of the Witcher series then I suggest you try out Witcher 1 and 2.

I will definitely get Witcher/W2 if they becomes available for backwards compatibility for the Xbox One - I loved 3 so much and really got into the lore and the story.

I played a 6 hour trial of Dragon Age Inquisition when it first came out and found it decent enough but didn't like it enough to buy it. I have it now with EA Access but haven't played it yet. I will at some point, definitely. I'm sure when I play I'll be comparing it to the Witcher throughout, probably unfavourably! Haven't played any of the others.

So you can play witcher 1 and 2 on PS 4 right? So ps4 is backward compatible?I know I have been missing on the gaming scene a lot. I am one of those guys who hate to start a game series from the last. Lol. Its like an ocd.
