Fallout 4 Next Gen patch is out now, I’ve got it all installing for the weekend!

Had a go last night, its bloody marvelous, lovely new graphics and buttery smooth.

Tried to go to a new quest location and got absolutely battered by a load of stupid level Deathclaws and Mirelurk Kings. Do not go towards the "best of three" mission marker by following the river.

football manager 24 is very realistic. curently sitting in 8th. people get injured every game. signed ivan toney and he got injured on debut. nkuku returned to action and got injured first game.

I've been playing this with Mansfield, 19 hours in and still not even close to finishing the first season...

Got an 8 hour flight tomorrow and going to the airport straight from work so will have about 4 hours to kill in the airport too.. I've always gone for low league teams with the idea of taking them to the Prem (have never managed it in the last 15 years of playing). Would you recommend doing a Chelsea save? I think i'm a bit bored of trying to scout random players from obscure leagues. The idea of loading in as filthy rich Chelsea and buying who i actually know would be nice, or am i just going to waste 20 hours of my life and get sacked when i'm sat mid table at xmas?

@dkw @Sconnie Blue after a month or so what's that dragon game like you were speaking about on the page before like? I've become so bored with my PS recently just in a cycle of playing FIFA or COD for about 2 games then turning it off.

I tried Elden Ring but quickly realised i've not got the skill, patience or attention span to play it and enjoy it. I'm looking for a game i can get into the story and sink some hours into. Only games i've really liked in recent years were Spider-man 1/2/MM, Hogwarts Legacy, Star Wars Jedi, Ghost of Tsushima, God of War etc... Any recommendations to cure my late night boredom would be appreciated.

I found Chelsea quite difficult, because the players are just a bit sh*t, like real like..

I'm doing an unemployed save at the moment, and took on a team in Italian Serie D. Really annoying, I finished 2nd and won the playoff, then discovered the Serie D playoffs are pretty much pointless and you don't actually get promoted from them, so only way up is to win the league.

Its impressive how in-depth FM is these days but i do kind of miss the slightly more simplistic versions of the past, seems to take an absolute life time to play it properly now.

It`s like Skyrim with more RPG elements, loads of quests, side stuff etc. Plenty to get your teeth into.

Could try Baldurs Gate 3, massive game but its more old school turn based combat than the stuff youve been playing.

It's fun. Fighting mechanics are some of the best I've played in a while. Made the mistake of beating the main story line too quickly.

Been playing The Witcher 3 and all of its expansions for the past several weeks. Brilliant game.

Never played a Witcher game but enjoyed the series and books.

What's the gameplay similar too? Is it like a dark souls game or is it actually enjoyable?

The Witcher is Skyrim on roids. Massive and immersive open world with a sh*t ton to do. A lot of it is decision based with different outcomes. It's very difficult and you need unique strategies to beat certain monsters.

If you want a story driven game to dive into then Witcher 3 is perfect, then do the DLC which is some if the best out there.

PS5 upgrade and all DLCs package was $15 a few weeks ago.

Absolute robbery.

Need to pass some time. Think I’ll buy Jurassic World Evo 2 - it’s on sale on steam for $6. Crazy. it’s that or start FM24 again as never played a game post patches.

My lad plays it, decent game.

I'm back in the game as have a new laptop arriving in the next few days.

I'll definitely be playing some football manager, although disappointed with the recent revelation that pace overall means more than all other stats combined.

Another I'm interested in is Baldurs Gate 3 as have fond memories of the original and it's sequel.

Problem these days is finding the time but I'm sure I'm manage to squeeze it in, especially during the winter months.

I found the football manager too complex and sensitive. Slightest thing can make a difference

Yes the latest iterations have too many facets. I just have the assistant manager take care of the pointless stuff and I concentrate on transfers and tactics.

Gabriel Knight, space quests, the camelot one, leisure suit larry games....

Amazing games.

Beat the main story and DLCs. Can confirm Top 3 game ever played.

Going to start Red Dead Redemption 2 now and judging from what everyone is saying this will likely be the best game I have ever played.
