December 5, 20232 yr I’m not as keen on its release as I was with GTA 5 due to the way online went in around 17/18 on 5. Other than the more recent Casino heists, online started downhill around then, with oppressors, useless new missions and try-hards in freemode!
December 5, 20232 yr Ah we knew all of this stuff anyone thanks to @Blueblur’s drunken mate. Can you move on to RDR3 inquiries now?

December 15, 20232 yr Finally got around to playing Cyberpunk 2077 again after 3 years. Projekt Red kept their word and I was able to upgrade the game to PS5 for free. Just had to purchase the phantom liberty DLC. I've noticed positive considerable differences to the campaign but its still kind of glitchy. Found myself stuck in an elevator that was annoying.

One thing that drove me crazy was the massive dialogues.

The DLC stuff is excellent, the fixes all make it into a brilliant game, shame it was such a mess when it first came out, though I still thoroughly enjoyed it.

Baldurs Gate 3 for me, was really hard going at the start as combat is brutal until you level up enough, but then it gets much easier and the game opens up to be fantastic.
February 2, 20242 yr BG3 can see why it won game of the year but those turn based games don't appeal to me. Waiting for Dragon's Dogma 2 in March.
February 2, 20242 yr I just can't get into BG3, not like I did with the Divinity games. Might be because of the combat system, I just feel like I miss attacks all the time. We were looking forward to iut for years throughout EA, and then as soon as it comes out, I just don't really want to play it. It's a shame.

The combat early on is brutal, its set far too hard to hit, I was missing every time it felt like, so frustrating. I turned the difficulty right down until I got to level 5 when you start getting multiple attacks, better team mates, and all kinds of stuff, the combat then gets a lot easier. Its really worth persevering with, just do whatever you need to get thought the early daftness. The quests, settings, stories etc are outstandingly good, but you really need to break through that early game to start enjoying it.
February 4, 20242 yr Loved the original Baldurs Gate back in the day. Haven't played BG3 as my laptop is getting on in years now and wouldn't be able to handle it. Need to upgrade to a new one at some point.

Also, my first try at a play through was abysmal, just picking random stuff when levelling up. 2nd one I picked a build i wanted and found the best walkthrough to tell you what to do each level up and it was way better.
February 21, 20242 yr Downloaded a game on PS Plus called Hardspace: Shipbreaker where you just take apart and scrap spaceships. I only wish they hadn’t forced a storyline on to it and I could just methodically dismantle spaceships whilst having a lovely float about.

A few annoying bugs and some of the bigger ships take an hour or two to dismantle without the ability to save progress. Just taking my time chilling out and taking them apart.

I had that a while back, its very moreish to begin with but gets a bit daft as the story goes on. It would be amazing if it had a free play mode where you could just wander around taking things apart.

Yeah I’m just hoping to get through the story and then apparently you can just get on with taking ships apart.
