Got a little excited, like this was something that might actually happen. It won't.

I personally think Paulo Ferreira should feature in that match as it may well be his last run out in a Chelsea shirt.

Todd might well be a good option in the future at RB. He has certainly been impressive during the FA Youth Cup run. That said as all of our youth worldbeaters have shown, making the jump isn't as easy as one might think.

Sam's day of playing right-back are finished I'd say. He retired only 18 months ago with knee trouble, bombing up and down the right flank isn't a viable option for his career I wouldn't think.

Since he has come back he has been playing RB still I believe. He done well every time I've seen him play. If any one deserves a chance it's Sam.

Kane is imo the one from the Youth squad who's closest to starting for the first team if we count out Bamford (who is cup-tied). Great engine, great pace, great tackler and great crosser of the ball. I'm looking forward to see if he can make the step; Iva isn't really a full back even though he is the best in Premier League.

piazon is more than good, hes great. him and feruz are a nightmare for any youth side

I just don't think he'll make it, seen pretty much all the televised reserves games and been to a couple youth cup games and i don't think he'll make it for us. Some times he's all right but i just don't think he's good enough to make it. Obviously i hope i'm wrong but we'll see

Be interesting to see what sort of team RDM puts out for the Blackburn match. I know you don't want to risk injuries for the starting line up in the CL final, but surely some match sharpness is lost if the players haven't played for two weeks?

From what RDM said last night about Luiz/Cahill it seems like they wont be risked, or maybe given 20 mins to up their fitness.

Some people haven't a clue on here hutch is a centre half not a right back and he played the other week and let his man go for there goal.

Hutch hasn't been playing right back Todd Kane has been in the youth and the reserves hutch is centre half only.

He had one game at right back and was blowing through his arse. I was there watching at cobham with Todd Kane.
