EdinburghBlue
Not sure if many on here will be following this, or if it's on tv down south, but it's an Edinburgh derby in the final, Hibs haven't won it in 110 years, Hearts on the other hand won it back in 2005, Hibs also haven't won in the last 10 derbies, and narrowly avoided relegation this season, but have hit form towards the end of the year, whereas Hearts have slumped and had a 5-0 hammering by Celtic.. This is the year of the underdogs! Come on Hibs! GGTTH Come on Chelsea! COYB
Phillip
I like an underdog, and this is the underdog of underdogs. Go Hibernians!
Valerie
Diversion, good! As of today, I start caring about Scottish football. Come on Hibs!
loz
I like an underdog, and this is the underdog of underdogs. Go Hibernians! I wouldn't go that far. They are both in the same league although Hibs have had a pretty torrid season and only avoided relegation because Dunfermline spent the season doing a cerdible impression of a pub reserve team. Hibs have also lost all three games against Hearts thi season and I think it is about three years since they beat them However it is an Edinburgh derby in a cup final which levels the playing field a bit. So Hibs are certainly underdogs but there have been cup finals in the past with lower division teams in the final.

EdinburghBlue
We got robbed! Never a penalty and that put us 3-1 down and down to 10 men! The game ended 5-1 to Hertz, absolutely horrible, I need us to win tonight or I might be off the local bridge. COYB
moi
No, we'll be OK - it was BlueBeard's good wishes that helped Hearts and he's rooting for Chelsea, so .....
BlueBeard
The pride of Embra strike again! What a result, I'm well pleased. No bigotry involved, by the way, Hearts have always been my second favourite Scots team since I was a kid. My commiserations, Greg, hopefully it won't be another 110 years - it would be great if you were to play Septic in the final next year and stuff 'em! erskblue
Wow some result . I've a couple of cousins who are big Jambos, so they will be 'well chuffed' to say the least. Edited May 20, 2012 by erskblue
