Would you want him in the first team this year or loan him out again? 

I think he needs another year out at the very least and possibly two at that. I heard rumblings that Anderlecht were interested in taking him for a year, although I'm not sure if it's enough of a step up from Vitesse.

He should go to Lille or at least a club in a bigger league than the Belgian one.

At this age Hazard was already the YPOTY in France.

Anderlecht are in the CL and this would give him another season of 35+ games. I figure he is still 2-3 years out from returning to Chelsea. If not Belgoum next year, maybe Netherlands with a view for Germany / England after?

He got on the belgian bench for a recent friendly so hes done well for himself

If this guy can be anywhere near as good as his brother i will dribble everywhere.
