Who would have thought! I love reading about Drogba, I never feel as if his off-field achievements and status as a truly excellent human being are ever talked about enough in football. One of my favourite stories to tell to fans of other teams is the one about him during the First Ivorian Civil War, and the reactions I get tend to be either total surprise or incredulity. Sometimes people transcend football - Didier is certainly one of them. Carl Anka is a good chap as well (although he does support Tottenham)
