August 19, 201411 yr Last year I had Ivanovic as he scored a lot in the 12/13 season. A full back who goes up for set pieces and is a major aerial threat will bleed points. Scored only twice last year. Scores in the first game... might have to re-instate him. Edited August 19, 201411 yr by AlexTommo
August 19, 201411 yr I am second :D Well done Zola. I am third from bottom; I am gutted and need to revise my team urgently. Getting onto Page 2 of the table is my immediate goal!
August 19, 201411 yr Author Weird looking at the Teams owners, and their real names, as on here they are all chosen usernames..
August 19, 201411 yr Managed 55 pts. Not too shabby let down by Mata and Lukaku. Captain Cesc netted my 22 pts though. Lol
August 19, 201411 yr 52 points. Meh, above average. It seems my points counted in the league even though I only joined yesterday. Can someone check the table and see if Molloy's Boys is 49th, just so I know I was actually entered this gameweek.
August 20, 201411 yr LAst time I did this in 2009/2010 you could completely re-vamp your team, once, for free/no penalty points - can you still do this?
August 20, 201411 yr Twice now Gem, once anytime and once in January. One free transfer a week. if you don't use a transfer one week you get two the next week. But you only ever get two at a time.
August 20, 201411 yr Thanks Zola, that's great - I want to change about 4 players... so at the moment I can do that for free? You got a link/page that allows me to do it? I can't find it.
August 20, 201411 yr Is your team really that bad? I would recommend keeping the wildcard for an injury crisis etc. Have been playing for several years now and I usually end up regretting using it too early. But if you're sure, its on the transfers page near the top. The option 'Play wildcard' is highlighted when you make more than one change. Edited August 20, 201411 yr by footballoholic

My advice would be don't panic yet, play it like a game of chess, look at fixtures, plan ahead. Maybe wait a week and do nothing, then change two next week for free. If you change 4 players in one go you'll have 12 points taken off you, so you'll be fighting against the wind before the balls are even kicked.... and even then your players are not a sure thing to turn up on the day.
August 20, 201411 yr I changed it after week 1 when I did it last time and I won the whole thing... but I get your point, at least I know where it is now - thanks all :)
August 20, 201411 yr Well Mata could be getting the Chop already.. I was thinking the same, i may give him another game though, if there is no improvement then he is out.
August 20, 201411 yr Do people normally alter the teams much each week? Thinking about getting rid of Mata but I'm not sure. Does a free transfer refer to you being able to get rid of one player and bring another one in? new to this. Edited August 20, 201411 yr by MANoWAR

August 20, 201411 yr It's usually 4 points for extra transfers. If you've had a mare in the 1st week, spending a few points for extra transfers wouldn't be a bad thing now.
August 20, 201411 yr Author like a previous poster said, one a week out and in, but use the wildcard sparingly, midfielders being captain, can produce massively, so your Cescs and Ramseys are going to get you many a point, hence why i had Lamps for years, Suarez was massive for points last year!!!
August 20, 201411 yr Well I suck at this game. I am two places beneath you. If this was real football my team would be in the Dairylea Cheese Triangle South, South-Western league... My fightback to the giddy heights of the top of page three has begun.
