The Race for Fourth Place (2014-15)

I can't decide which would be better, wrapping up the title at home to liverpool or doing it the week before and them having to give us the guard of honour?

Vote now.

Wrapping up the title.

Guard of honour.

Me I go guard of honour.

Oh man guard of honour would be sweet but winning it against them would probably be a little sweeter

Perhaps we could win the title against Liverpool. They then form a guard of honour for our players when they collect the trophy.

Glad saints picked up a win yesterday. After they play us they have 8 out the final 9 games which are winable, Stoke and everton away could be potential banana skins, and they play city on the final day which could a dead rubber for city. I'm still hoping they will sneak into the top 4, but pelle needs to get back to his early season form for them to stand any chance.

I think the top 4 will be those already there, Liverpool needed to not lose against United to be within a chance of still finishing in there but they blew it, I can't see them making up 5 points or more on any of those above them now.

It's just a question of if United and Arsenal can maintain their current momentum to make a push for 2nd or if City can recover from their recent wobble to avoid being overtaken.

Thing is United lose two and Liverpool win two then Liverpool are ahead of them so I don't think it's over yet. City will get second.

I think alot of people think it's a foregone conclusion that were gonna win the title but I won't relax until it's one.

Same.

We have seen some crazy results already this season and in this league any team can beat the other so I don't really feel as confident as some do.

It's funny because what was being billed as a 4/5 team scrap for 3rd and 4th could be almost over in 2 weeks' time. Arsenal play Liverpool at the Emirates and United play Villa at Old Trafford. Given the suspensions and injuries Liverpool have, as well as Arsenal's and United's recent form, Liverpool could quite conceivably find themselves 8 points off 4th with 7 games to. That would be a really tall order.
