The first I heard of it was when on instagram, he "liked" a video of a group of Chelsea fans singing it.

Yeah Im hearing u but we already have sung we are going to Wembley this season against derby in the cup and at villa away last year some were singing "were gonna win the lge" (I wasn't one of them)!!!!

 

Could change it to IF we win the league.............................
