Like most players who are in the 'great but not world class' category, he'll have his games that suit him and those that don't, a home game against Aston Villa isn't going to bring the best out of a player who uses pace and space in behind a lot, especially when the rest of the team is scared to take a risk at the moment.

If Jose plays Ivanovic and Cesc and we fail to win again then he can go. Hopefully Costa comes in and does the business because we can't rely on anyone else at the moment.

I've had enough tbh, when I saw Ivanovic starting again I went out cos I knew the outcome. Think he'll be gone very soon, we're embarrassing ourselves.

Looks close to useless at the moment anyway, pretty sure he's our highest earner so we need a season like he had last year EVERY season to justify the cost.

Since when was running into people an offence? You should be able to square up to people and give them a cheeky shoulder without getting a card, anything to do with raising the hands is a yellow. That's why Gabriel and Costa both got yellows as they raised their hands to each other. The ref didn't see Costa slapping Koscielny during play that's why he didn't get sent off, this is because Costa is smart, knows the rules of the game and knows what he can do when the officials aren't looking.

Still failing to see what he did wrong, just a couple of flailing arms here and there, nothing that doesn't happen every game. If people are really complaining about him goading Gabriel then get a grip, do you want to have a bunch on pansies in our team like the gooners do?
