Shafted by Shambolic Sky

And as we continue to grow we'll be better represented.  Not going to happen overnight though.

I'm not so sure we will. City are similar to us but they get more respect than we do and they haven't achieved anywhere close to as much as we have.

There is no other option if you want to watch your team play though, is there ?

While I'm sometimes not happy with Sky, I know that the money we pay is being fed back down to the clubs and the Premier League is , unarguably, far far better as a result . The EPL would be nothing like it is today without them.

There are plenty of options.

Android box is just one cheap way of many.

No one should be paying monthly fees for TV these days, there's just no need.

How do you mean they get more respect? They bang on about an agenda more than certain people on here and neither of their league-winning managers got much credit.

Look at their 2 title wins, they got nothing but praise all over, even from rival fans. Look at all 4 of our Premier League title wins, full of bitterness mixed in with a bit of praise here and there.

How many of their title-winning managers won Manager of the Year? Jose won every time.

I think you're paying too much attention to the naysayers and haters.

I think you're paying too much attention to the naysayers and haters.

I think this is just human nature, more focus given on the negative press/opinions rather than the positives. Carries on in all walks of life, someone may have 99 people out of 100 love and adore them but that 1 who hates them is the one who is obsessed over. Conveyed perfectly in the episode 'The Focus Group' of Frasier which is the TV program all lessons in life should be based on.

City scraped the first one on goal difference at the last second against QPR. That was just luck. We won all ours convincingly on points. f**k City and f**k everyone else. We all enjoy the way Chelsea do it and that's all that matters.

The one where he ends up destroying Tony Shalhoub's newspaper stand?

See that's the root of our disagreement - I really dislike that episode. Love almost every other episode except that one in fact. Lesson - don't obsess on the negative....especially when they're Arsenal fans most of the time.

Are we disagreeing...? Is that because you don't think it's human nature to focus on the negative aspects rather than the positives? Because whilst you dislike that episode I haven't said I like it. For the record I do, all episodes (certainly before Niles and Daphne's wedding) are fantastic. Any episode with Lilith in in a winner too. I won't hear otherwise.

Was it only on goal difference in the end? Christ.

Yep. Sure was. Its amazing, if we had done that it would have been 'well they didn't really win it did they. Was more of a draw'

Now that they have lost the CL rights to BT I am seriously considering dropping the sky sports package and buying a 24hr pass just to use for when they are showing our games. I just need to find out how many of our games are on Sky and when they are being shown, to see if its worth my while.

I would love to tell them where to poke it, and put the blame on Jaymee Redknapp...

You're probably looking at 18 to 20 games being shown by Sky.

Let's say 19, assuming we don't get shown mid week and on a weekend so that you wouldn't be able to get a week's pass to cover both that's going to cost you £133 in day passes.

Not sure how that stacks up against having a Sky Sports subscription.

It's £25.50 a month (£306.00 a year I think)  and we often miss a few games especially over Christmas when we usually go away, and about 5 a year that we go to at the ground...Hmmmm

Best thing you can do (if possible) is use someone else's Sky subscription and put your phone or tablet on their mobile devices.

I have done this (only use it when out the house) but the android box usually is good enough for games involving us as their is plenty of streams going about.
