Well, just weighing in on the TV broadcast argument, as someone who works in the industry. The TV stations and paid online streaming services, such as ESPN and Fox sports pay the club what is essentially a set fee, for the season, and they bid against each other for the rights to the matches a long time prior to them ever being aired on TV, which is why we see fixture changes and such to suit the broadcasters. So saying that by watching a stream instead of paying for the match, you're damaging the club's revenue, is, in fact, horsesh*t, you're damaging the TV station's revenue very slightly, since the advertisers are paying based on the forecasted number of viewers, the club have already secured their deal prior to the match.That's the gist of it, it's obviously a lot more complex, and it's a saturday so I'd rather not be discussing work sh*t, but really illegal online streams have such a minimal impact on live sports broadcast that it's not worth anyone's time chasing them down, which is why there are so many streaming sites out there. The quality is usually sh*te, but when people have no other option to watch the match it's better than nothing. I know that where I live, in Ireland, there's no service available to get the 3PM kick offs, so streaming is the only option.

 

Basically, what I'm trying to say is; it's best not to argue about things you don't actually know about, someone always ends up looking like a pleb.

When you are having little digs at people in every post you should expect people to call you out on it.

I never even posted anything acting hard actually posted that someone like you spouting out this bs about you have a vagina that's why they stuck up for you would get you knocked out around the people I know. No pal, I made a general comment about supporting FFP, she made a dig specifically  at me, I asked her if she knew what FFP was, and it went back and forth, I was insulted by said men before ever saying anything nasty and I maintain supporting people for a reason other than them being correct is the trait of a weak personality and lack of independent thought, the point I made was valid and if you read back, skipping all the niceties, any time someone went point for point they were not saying accurate things so what should I say, oh ok I'm a c**t for disputing with a popular member because I think I'm right, and more of a c**t for defending myself when being attacked, lord of the Flies stuff here pal, surely you are better than being part of that...

Not if they are dead wrong, were shown to be dead wrong and shout how dare you woman woman lady lady bla bla, but I take your point

You will also notice when "industry man" turned up to put me in my place with the commercial intricacies how many people rushed in to pat him on the back, then when he got floor wiped not another word about it, that's an agenda not an interest in who is correct, I'm not a trouble maker but one thing that gripes me in society is people that jump on bandwagons, rather than seeking what's correct it's embarrassing and cringe worthy, I'm not afraid to stand alone if I feel I'm right and I'm also not arrogant to not take a point if someone has a valid one, but turns out I was right about the things I said financially and people who want to wade in giving it big but then don't have the grace to admit when proven incorrect should feel embarrassed.

Well yea, I should be mature enough not to lose my rag and insult people, and a grown man with children shouldn't stoop to that, especially as I have only ever had good experiences here, but no one is perfect are they, however I'd rather be embarrassed for a few digs than for not having the bollox to stand on my own two feet and be able to think independently of stronger characters I latch on to 

I wasn't impressed with todays performance. A win is a win though , but I do think if we put in that performanceat West Ham we will get beat. Also dissapointed RLC came off , how not to install confidence in a great young talent Jose.
