Daniel Sturridge and Trabzonspor have mutually agreed to terminate his contract, making him a free agent.

What are the thoughts in us bringing him in for the remainder of the season? I would take him due to our current lack of goals and he is clearly still better than Bats. 7 goals in 16 games isn't bad either, albeit being in the Turkish League, and still only 30 as well.

Sturridge always injury prone, so it would be a risk of Murphy's law.

Fit he would be worth a risk..............yet could easily join Tammy straight on the treatment table.

Free agent so yes.

Personally I would take the punt, who else can we bring in that may actually score. It would be a short term fix for any area we desperately need.

Yeah you must be a free agent in the transfer window else it would be open to all kinds of abuse.
