Love that! Exactly the same as Jorginho has done for us in the EPL then!

Finishing above Potter every season is exactly the same? I do find it odd that you're physically incapable of not including Jorginho in every discussion...

Unfortunately for you, Jorginho is set to leave for free once his contract expires, unlike Timo that got sold as the flop he was.

Not unfortunate to me - the sooner we move away from Jorgi the better, and if a Potter led Chelsea do not offer him a new contract, then there is nothing unfortunate about it.

There is no such thing as the sooner the better, he will play out his full contract duration 😂

I agree that the squads sh*te and everyone on that list apart from Mendy should be sold. But isn't the fact that Tuchel achieved so much success with such a mediocre squad the reason we should've backed him? He massively overachieved during his time here given how poor our players actually are. Imagine what he could've done if we'd actually backed him the way we seem to be backing Potter.

He didnt want to be here, didnt want the role in the new structure, and had led the team to stagnant.

I loved TT, and will forever be grateful for his time at the club, but he was out of ideas.

We can start tomorrow by not playing him (and the others who have stagnated and stinking up the team). No need to wait until his contract is up.

That was the idea of people like you for the past 5 years wasn't it, didn't work out that well for you haters...

because no one wants him so we can't ship him off and upgrade him, which is long overdue.

Cope harder, lying helps I guess.

No hate - Jorginhas been good for us and was in the team that won the champions league.

But he is the past. He is not the future. And he (with others) are driving our stagnation and decline.

5th time asking now, who do you want to replace Potter?

Right now or in 2 years?

Give Tuchel his job back. And build him a statue for winning the Champions League with this mediocre lot.

He was just as bad as we currently are at the end of his reign

We have 6 points from the last 9 league games under Potter. We never lost 2 games in a row under Tuchel.

If/when Rice comes in the summer will you be holding him to the highest standards? Because after being told two years he's such a major upgrade I expect to see reflected in results, no excuses!

Tuchel has 40% of our points this season, he was sacked in early September.

He’s probably better equipped to help us in our relegation fight.

He's having such a fight already, at least he'll have the experience of it.

Now, seeing as you want Potter out.

I don't really want him out, I just don't see why he was invited in to begin with. I would replace him with Zidane.

Potter now has Felix and Mudryk added to his list of players to choose from. By end of Feb, he'll be having 90% of the team fit.

If he can deliver then, I'd be ok with him staying even if it meant we were 10th. If he still fails, I'll be a Potter out camper

However many times I am asked, the answer will be the same.

He took over a team that is rotten to the core; and has been stagnating for a long time. It has been hidden by cup wins, but it doesn’t change the fact that the downward spiral has been there for ages.

At least 10 senior squad members need to go. Azpi, K2, Jorgi, Puli, Ziyech, RLC, Kepa, Mendy, Kante and Kai can all be moved on.

Kova, Trevor, Mount and Sterling are all on final written warnings as well.

James and Chilly might need replacing as well if they can’t be relied upon to stay fit.

If potter still struggles once they are all replaced - then I will be bang up for replacing him. But until then, I am not sure replacing will change a thing.

I hope you aren’t advising the Chelsea management. Not everyone needs to go but their squad status needs updated. RLC, Kante, Mendy, puli and Kai are good options for a squad.
written warnings? Are they even a thing?

Trevor hasn’t been even playing regularly - warn him after one game?

You can call the squad rotten to the core, or blame it on the last 5 managers and Roman. At the end of the day, manager still needs to play with the cards they got, and got the best out of the limited players. There are plenty of examples of managers got something out of ordinary or out of form players, do we see it this season? Has anyone improved since Potter took over, or is anyone playing well? We aren't getting out of this sacking people, not going to get out this pinning it all on players and buy another team either.

Potter is massively out of his depth, that much is clear but our top management won't sack him. They're doing all they can to bring players in now that we need the extra cash to bring in more players instead of paying Potter his severance package

Dunno about that, as it stands he's getting relegated twice this season.
