Sad news, it was reported last night that Tommy Baldwin has passed away. Official tribute on the club website: https://www.chelseafc.com/en/news/article/tommy-baldwin-1945-2024

A legendary member of the 1970 FA Cup winning team and the 1971 Cup Winners' Cup team. Known as both the leader of our team and the 'Sponge', due to his ability to soak up opposition pressure as well as, er... certain beverages.

I didn't have the pleasure of seeing him live myself other than a half-time parade against Birmingham a few years ago. I'm sure a few of you will want somewhere to pay your tributes.

Long before my time but my father has fond memories of watching him in the FA Cup win against Leeds.
