I have no issue with Russians, just ones who continue to prop up a dictatorship and whatever shape they come in. We can get onto elected dictators around the world but the point stands. He was threatened by NATO attempting once again to include all Russias neighbouring states into its conglomerate. Essentially stationing working armies at the border. There is a a theory with Chamberlain that we were just not ready yet that changed afterwards as we started preparing for war.

Don't forget Churchill was considering fighting both the Soviets over Finland and the Germans over Poland someone said that was impossible and so it became just Germany.

You miss the part of Israel, supported and supplied by the US - has now moved into both Lebanon and Syria. Syria has been no threat to Israel under its new leaders, and has been bombed on more than 100 occassions and you miss the part about Israeli settlers annexing the West Bank, who under its fat leader Abbas has not threatened Israel. That's all called expansion.

Most of what you say I’d agree with but your second paragraph isn't fully correct.

Yes it has been found in his system that’s correct but he hasn’t been banned he has at this time been suspended but at this time the case against him ( the charges ) haven’t been proven. Of course it is likely he will but we have no idea what his argument around mitigation will be.
