Had forgotten all about Livsey. As it was a joint BBC and The Times investigation I suspect they'll be lots of coverage in the latter's papers. BBC probably recorded more interviews etc and may broadcast more but it and The Times could be holding fire on legal advice.

Have never been a fan of Brady but credit where it's due, she's a very smart cookie, although totally despised by West Ham supporters, with good reason.

He was convicted of living off immoral earnings, prostitution, back in the day before the fit and proper test existed. These days, a conviction fails the test. The regulator might look at whether the test can be applied retroactively.

It's a legal minefield. There's a huge difference between "nothing we didn't already know" and entering the public domain. The lawyers will be dictating the progress.

The conviction was mentioned in last night's programme. The nine month sentence was reduced to three months. Will be interesting to see if the test can be applied retrospectively. If so, could similar tests be carried out retrospectively on other clubs and owners. Cans of worms.
