Tim
Well, we might as well get ready for it, as it was bad enough against the media darlings of Arsenal, so I can't wait to see how much bullsh*t is spewed by the media, and how many controvertial decisions go in their favour, against Avram's Blue Army. The two pen decisions in the two legs against Arse were a disgrace - they really do seem to have all the luck when it comes to Europe. How the officials thought the Hleb pen wasn't one is beyond me. What, however, I found even more gaulling, was Robbie Earle's assessement of the Gerrard pen on the ITV highlights show. He agreed it wasn't one, but then claimed that the fact the L*verpool then scored again meant it wasn't that controversial a moment, as the pen didn't settle the tie. Im sorry, what??? There is no way, no way, the Arse would've been pushing so high up the pitch had the score been 2-2, rather than 3-2, with 5 mins to go, so of course the pen decided the game. F*cking stupid logic and an attempt to ensure 'another glorious European night' at Anfield wasn't tainted by any controversy. Gerrard's post-match interview was also completely nauseating. Anyone else see when he claimed 'it was one of the worst games he's had' knowing full well that the interviewer would fall over himself to shower him with praise, which he duly did. 'Only you could say something like that after such a great performance.' What a pr*ck. Both of them. And finally, the ITV commentators even came out with this absolutely sickening comment during the game - 'the Kop is one body, one mind.' Honestly makes my blood boil. If we don't beat them I honestly don't think I can take it. Rant over.

BLUENUT
''Another one of those memorable European nights at Anfield'' ''Greatest supporters in the land'' The Kop this.....the Kop that....... Lets not forget these are the same supporters who turn up to every ''memorable European night'' without tickets and attempt to storm the turnstiles! I wouldn't let them within 200 yards of the gates if they didn't have tickets for the game at the bridge. Everyone know's whats going to happen, it's time to old bill did something about it, rather than run into them with police horses on the night of the game - once they've lost control of the theiving ba*stards. It truely is sickening!
Alan
It's always the same with Liverpool. Im just glad I'm at the games most of the time so I dont have to hear the commentary.
bjd
If we don't beat them I honestly don't think I can take it. Join the club. It will kill me. The way the media are so totally sycophantic towards those c**ts disturbs me. I have my theory as to why they do it, but i will keep them to myself at fear of attack from the shirtburning taliban. What i find stunning is that they even have the audacity to claim there is media bias against them! Best of all they think Andy Gray hates them!!! This could be me the morning after. if they do us again... If youve seen the film you'll know what i mean.
Maksimov
If youve seen the film you'll know what i mean. I guess you might end up walking around town shouting "DEE-FENCE!" if we we end up losing to that lot again.
Tim
Have seen the film and will join you on the rampage if the unthinkable happens. Honestly though, it is already keeping me awake at night, and I can't get the f*cking 'we won it times' song out of my head, which is driving me INSANE.... Help. TheWestwayWonder
Agree with everything said here. Arsenal being the media darlings has done Liverpool on this one....neutrals are now rooting against them and their riddiculous luck (or as they class it ability to "know how to win in that competition".......arrogant farkers). I actually found myself symathizing with Gooners yesterday. And theyre the team I thought I hated most in the world. But I understood what it was to be robbed at the hands of the Doughboy all too well I hate them so much, that for me, the only result is a victory on par with 4-1 in their century old dumpster of a stadium. I want to see us give Liverscum the ass hiding of a lifetime that they will NEVER forget. Bang 5 past them ("five times, five times!") and then send Obi smacks Mascharano in his hobo-shaven gob This time its personal. Cmon you blues edit: looking back on it, im starting to sound like ill be going William Foster myself
lauren
anyone would have thought we didn't play last night. Talkcarp were going on and on and on and on about the scousers v arse game and we got a brief mention.
Lofty
I heard about 5 minutes of Talkscouse last night - and that was 5 minutes too many. I happened to hear some horrible mouthy Scouse git twatting on that Chelsea didn't have any real fans, didn't know the meaning of atmosphere, and used the blue flags as proof. And of course the Talkscouse commentators were lapping it up. Horrible bar stewards the lot of 'em.

The Brit
all the talk has been of liverscum for sure...But two pen decisions going their way against the arse, dodgy sending off v inter...goal never was against us, gerrard diving against milan...why aren't uefa investigating them buying bent officials?! as for atmosphere, the gauntlet has been laid down to us now...we have complained that anfield has been louder the last two times we played cos it was second leg, we have no excuses now
Modueke
It's all being fixed for them again, you listed all the 'luck' there Brit. Not to mention Essien suddenly getting a booking not long after Liverpool scored their pen. Now what's the chances of that? Maybe as much chance as a poster getting the correct quarter final fixtures right, hours before the draw taking place!

Chelsea FC Champions
Sir Bobby Robson believes Chelsea can finally end their Liverpool jinx in the Champions League.Chelsea have lost out to Liverpool in the semi-finals twice in the last three years but the former England and Newcastle manager believes Avram Grant's side are favourites this time. Robson said: "Everyone has been talking about Manchester United and Liverpool and Arsenal. Fair enough, but Chelsea gave been chipping away and getting good results. They create very well and maybe have the best and deepest squad. "Liverpool v Chelsea is a close call but the second leg is at Stamford Bridge this time and that could make the difference. "At Anfield, Liverpool have just seemed time after time in European matches to have this ability to be able to pull something out of the bag." Former Liverpool manager Gerard Houllier also rates Chelsea's squad. He said: "Look at Chelsea's bench against Fenerbahce - it was incredible: Mikel, Anelka, Malouda , Shevchenko and Belletti. "Perhaps the reason Arsenal lost against Liverpool was because they do not have the same strength in depth." Meanwhile, Robson insisted the number of foreign players in the Premier League should not be used as an excuse for England's failure to qualify for Euro 2008. Robson, speaking at the Soccerex London Forum at Wembley Stadium, said: "Our academies have got to work better, we've got to produce better young players and, if we do, we'll be able to compete every two years and the English football team will be at a competitive level again. "But when you see our Premier League, which is probably the best league in Europe, it's hard to understand that we haven't qualified for Euro 2008. "At the same time you only really need to develop 25 top players. "The influx of foreign players have enhanced our league, there's no doubt. You cannot say that the likes of Thierry Henry, Cristiano Ronaldo, Carlos Tevez, Michael Essien haven't enhanced our league - of course they have. "But all you need to do is develop and find and search for 25 top players and, despite the influence of foreign players, we should be able to do that." http://eurosport.yahoo.com/10042008/4/r ... -call.html
bonetti
Driving home after the Fenerbahce match and against my better judgement switch the radio to 909. As per normal its the normal Liverscum w**k fest with regular appeals (I think from Ray Stubbs who was hosting it instead of that c**t spooney) for Chelsea fans to call in and comment on their 'disappointing performance' - I only listened for about 15 minutes and by the time they had moved on to the championship matches - there had been no sound from any Chelsea supporters. My hope is that any self respecting Chelsea fan would boycott this pile of sh*t but I suspect that editing was the more likely cause! Anyway during the normal 'Liverpool w**k / Arsenal whinging bolox there was no mention at all of the fact that, the Scum throw both domestic cup competitions, make no challenge for the prem and concentrate on 1 piece of glory. Some may say that we should do the same - I for one would be insulted as a fan if we did - but not the bin dippers - who are too thick to realise. Just say we did follow the one race approach - do you think this would be overlooked by the likes of five live and the rest of the w**kers in the press - not for a f**king second - you can be sure of that. JT26CFC
it's as if everyone says "chelsea can't lose anything or have a bad performance...but other club teams can" everyone's bias against chelsea and I've already accepted that fact, so that's why we have to win the CL and prem (i hope!). But even then if we won, manchester united would still get a mentioning of how great they are and blah blah blah. And anyway everyone wrote us off for winning against olypmiakos and now look, semi's again. And anyway Liverpool are in fourth about to come in fifth, so who wants to be in the uefa cup Liverpool s*ck, their tactic s*ck, and there managaer s*ck, so that's why they focus on one cup-which they won't even win!
