Phillip
Of course, the only bad thing about today was that we had to play extra time, and I am sure SAF is smiling to himself about our upcoming game on Saturday. I hope we can bounce back and make ManU work for the Premier League title, and pounce on any mistake they make in their last two games.

Phillip
Yes, you are correct. This reminds me of that 4-2 Barca match, but scarier.

TheWestwayWonder
Yes, you are correct. This reminds me of that 4-2 Barca match, but scarier. Tell me about it. I actually got to see that match, but god, I cant remember being as excited about a Champions League as I am tonight, since that game and cheers, Gash! I think he would have prefered pool in the final and us feeling down going into the last two prem matches. We're on a high and that will have us steamroller the barcodes and Bolton. A winning streak is so important. Liverscum rested 9 at the vweekend and even with such a hard match on sat against man we were fitter team tonight. Have faith Phillip, have faith. (sorry I didn't get over to the piss up, hope you and missus had a good trip.)
flasher10
We have no game on Saturday. We play on Monday. Extra 48 hours rest. So not fair on Manure. Cue Sir Red Nose Whinge.

Eclipse
Lads, this is my first post here. I doubt I'll be around permanently, but I thought I'd join and congratulate you guys. Im a Barca fan, and I know our two clubs have had disagreements in the past, our rivalry has always been competitive, and fans respectful to each other... Here's my 2 cents. Chelsea have won my support for the final to be honest. And it's not because Man Utd beat Barca, I can't explain, but for some reason, I've just warmed a little to them. I absolutely hated Lampard for so long, and today after all that has happened, he played excellently again(despite everything), setting up drogba in the first half when he tapped it wide. His pass to Kalou for the goal was a peach too. But when I saw him crying on the ground in celebration of his penalty, I was actually close to tears myself, I felt genuinely sad. The man has always silenced his critics(me included), so fairplay to him. Also, in the post match interview, Avram talked about why he fell to the floor in celebration at the end of the game. It was because its holocaust day back in Israel and he was remember all of the people on his fathers side of the family who were murdered. He has been treated unfairly in my opinion, he has received anit-semitic death threats, his wife has been threatened and white powder was sent to him. Its seriously ridiculous, I feel sorry for the guy to be honest, he doesn't deserve this treatment. I honestly will be behind Chelsea FC 100% for this final, it would be a great achievement despite the constant criticism this whole season. I hope that Ballack and Essien can also continue their performances, they've been fantastic lately. Plus, I'd like to see Ten Cates notching up another CL. Chelsea have been perceived as a demon in the media and fans other have a hatred towards you because of your great success in such a short period of tranformation. It's understandable, but if everyone had that attitude, no new teams would be able to consistently challenge for titles. In modern football money is what talks, and a billionaire is what was needed for you to write a new chapter in your history. Lets hope the infastructure is put in place for you to prosper even if the Russian leaves. Anyway, I didn't plan on deviating too much from the events tonight. Congrads and enjoy the victory. I for one hope you win in Moscow. Cheers, A Cule.

For what it's worth, I was hoping that your team would have beaten Man U the other night to set up the final between ourselves. Our matches in recent times have always been worth watching. loz
that cueller is amazing He has been outstanding for Rangers this season. He recently said he had no intention to leave Rangers however I expect there might be some offers for his services coming in in the summer from Premiership clubs (Newcastle have already had him watched a few times) and they may be offers he, and Rangers, can't refuse.
