The new season is nearly upon us and thus, like a born again Christian at a church tea and cake morning, the correct score poll and bet is all over us like a rash.

For those of you who don't know about this here is a quick synopsis.

Last season Chippy and Bonetti were kind enough to thrown some cash into a kitty that we could gamble with over the season. For each game we play I put up a poll that people can vote on with the question being what the final score will be in the next game. The poll will incorporate every score between 0-0 and 5-5 (except Chelsea losing) and will have a Chelsea lose option.

We then place a bet on the two options with the highest polls (the amount of the bet varies often depending on how the kitty is looking). At the end of last season we were up by the grand sum of £4 meaning we have £24 in the kitty. So vote on the Pompey match.

I've gone for a crazy day opener with 3-2 - I really don't know what to expect from this season!?! It's on Sky so it'll probably be 0-0 or 1-0!!!

Is there anyway we can put these votes into some sort of league table? (not that I'm any good at that sort of thing!)

I know result with most votes gets the nod but it'd be interesting to see how it pans out over the course of the season.
