Comfortably Frank for me. I thought Deco was disappointing but Frank more than made up for it. I also thought Terry had a good game.

I've been trying to make a case for someone else. Anelka and Malouda both picked up second half, JT and Carvalho were solid, even classy. Mikel was efficient and unobtrusive - easy to forget that Petr Cech made a crucial save or two in the first half, but no, Frank Lampard it is. Started the ball rolling with a brilliantly taken goal, and from then on was everywhere, full of energy, scarcely a misplaced pass all night, with luck might well have had another goal or two.

Easy choice - Lampard by far the best on the field. The kind of form he is in right now, I really prefer an authority figure like Ballack or Essien, rather than another playermaker like Deco.

Riccy Carvalho! What a cross/pass to Malouda's foot. Malouda would have never ever in a million years made that pass, or Joey or Kalou. And with the outside of his foot.

BTW Hope Riccy's injury is nothing serious. Glad we have Alex as a backup.

Listened on the Radio as so waited till I saw the highlights,

Frank obviously, Mikel is so composed and playing solidly every game which is good,

Carvalho and JT both played well and Deco again dissapointed.

Thought we should have seen Di Santo and again thought the Bench should have had Siclair and/or Stoch on it.
