Its not about losing a few games. Its about the way we're playing, the morale of the team, the worst players getting chance after chance and those who could improve the team not even getting a look-in. That's what disturbing to see. It disturbs me to see the team so broken, so clueless, in shambles.

 

Can Jose turn it around ? Yes, he can but only if he gets half a dozen new players in because this lot looks finished.

The problem is the squad just aren't good enough.

No-one will convince me that a midfield of Ramires, Mikel and Matic are anywhere near the standard we need.

No-one will convince me that Ivanovic and Baba Rahman are good enough defenders.

No-one will convince me that Remy and Falcao are good enough back ups to Costa.

I've no idea if this squad is Jose's work. But any manager is going to struggle.

Complacency in the transfer market has got us to this state. And Jose isn't solely to blame for that.

This squad won the league at a canter only 4 months ago. We have the players to freshen it up like loftus cheek, baba and pedro but they aren't being played.

I'm saying she was more popular with the players than the coach...thus undermining Mourinho.

Looks like he has lost the dressing room as predicted, it will get worst if this is the case and he doesnt go soon.

The poor form was in pre season as well the Eva incident was the start of the season we've been sh*t since Xmas

Ivan is mentally gone at right back. Azpi needs shifting accross and baba needs to be given a chance at left back. Matic needs help alongsids him and loftus cheek is powerful and can play.

Ivanovich has to be dropped! It's embarrassing. I've always loved him as a player but he's so out of form that it's like an imposter.

Subbing Matic off was poor form by Jose, he can say what he likes, but that is not the actions of a decent man.

everyone has been saying this for days/months now ...but Jose wont change it. Every game he thinks today is the day Iva will bounce back. Honestly right from day one(Jose arrived) Iva has been playing at wrong position. He never was right back . May be emergency shift when we dont have one but never the permanent one.

When a manager  subs a sub after just 20 minutes, what is this saying. It says to me he didnt know what to do !!

 

As for Courtois being injured , wasn't he initially dropped ? Im sure I saw him on the bench !!

Well, guess the positive mindset pre-game aint working so probably gonna have a lil rant over this... The ref seems like newbie, never seen him before but should be a good sign seeing how bent he was for us.. no doubt we were off the hook over the 2 penalty incidents where we should have conceded and  anyone who think falcao one wasn't a dive really need to rewatch the replay in a very very slow motiion because that tinted blue glass is on the way...

 

 

The individual performances have been dire, why? lack of confidence?  don't kid yourself.. we're not creating any clear cut chances  and that's a huge worry if this is not a case of manager losing the dressing room.. 

Baba Rahman? We have hardly seen him play and he was a first class player in the Bundesliga.

Just listened to a bit of the post match again, I actually thought the ref was better than many we've had.

I just do not know what to make of it all, but I take your point about an external perspective.

We just about got over the line. Early season great but we were tailing off !!

 

Loftus-Cheek looks ok , dont know about Baba but I though Loius looked pretty good but didnt play. Pedro ,dunno ,he's ok but rather we'd kept mata !!

Bottom line is the manager picks the team, and use's them to their strengths. If Matic has problems in this area, then he should either be given emphasis on this weakness in training, or be given a role which keeps him away from these situations?.
