If Chelsea can get good money back for Costa and get a natural finisher like Benzema, Higuain or Cavani I would take any of them over Costa. Costa can get you 20 goals a season but most forwards would playing every game in a season for Chelsea. The top forwards make the difference like Cavani against Chelsea last year.

Maybe, but Chelsea are obviously a top 4 team but what has happened no one could of predicted. Having a different manager at the beginning of the season would of had a different effect on the players, you could get Rogers in and they would probably be in the top 5. Different manager brings new ideas, let's other players have a chance so it's like starting from new. But Hiddink wasn't manager at the beginning of the season because it's clear his not a long term manager. Hiddink is doing an ok job. Needs to be woken up to even think about a sub and he never inspires me tactically.

It's pretty obvious with players like Fabregas, Costa and Oscar. Guus hasn't done anything special. Picks the same team, doesn't make subs to influence games and is the perfect yes man. As an interim manager his perfect, long term no way.

The defence played well last night. A midfield pairing of Fab and Mikel is never going to be great, specially against a 3 man midfield as good as there's. You can see the big class gap between Mikel and PSGs midfield. Fab can't really defend and Mikel just stands there like a tree watching the ball go round him with the occasional gust of wind might move him lol.

Generally when a manager gets sacked there is always a performance boost in the players, specially in Chelsea's case as Jose had lost the dressing room and the quality of Chelsea and where they was in the table. Unless your Liverpool of course. But I still don't think 2 wins in 8 is great form
