Chelsea conducted a feasibility study for a 60k study, as far as I know it is still ongoing. Or at least they have not released any info on it which would be strange as the CPO would likely be notified. That study is probably still ongoing. As far as FFP goes though, no money spent on the stadium would not count towards it.

If we at advance to the semi's could be a very tough month in January. If we also draw Tottenham that would be three games against Tottenham that month, a home game versus Man sh*tty and a tricky away match against current upstart Southampton.

There's two unintended consequences for them. One they will find there might be a lot more away fans than they intend at games. Two this will still give them a lot more matchday revenue that could change the dynamics of the team for them. Two food for thought items. Still the track around there is going to ruin the atmosphere IMO. Could be really cavernous

Pretty interesting if you look at Man Yoo's striker core Shrek 28, Falcao 28 (both 29 at end of season), Van Persie 31 (32 at end of season) definitely an aging strike corps. Even if they do qualify for CL this year they will be hard pressed to follow-up and will have to spend big again in 2 years or so to re-stock. In ice hockey sh*t disturbers are part and parcel. I for one loved it, Costa is someone you love to have on your team and everybody despises playing against. It's a sword that cuts both ways though as we saw with the yellow card, but all in all I think its harder for the other team to play against when there is that fear factor. The other teams are definitely intimidated by him and you can tell when they try to go mano a mano instead of just playing football and that's how you know his shtick is working.
