Scott Parker and Mark Noble from the Spammers,although Noble might fancy staying loyal to West Spam,(fair play to him for that).Parker is worth another try,he's proved his quality & spirit which we've missed at times this season.

Is it just me that feels football is losing its soul?. Teams go down = loss of money,teams go up = lots of money,what happend to the glory?. Man City win the F.A. cup for the first time in decades & the first thing the t.v. presenter mentions when Troare scores the winner is how much dough a week he gets paid,(approx £220,000 per wk!). All the talk of managers coming or going, (and they do,more now than ever before),but the simple truth is the players/agents pull all the strings and god help any manager who falls out with the 'stars' in the dressing room. I all honestly,I'm glad I started going to football years ago,before the rise of agents,Directors of Football,(what the feck?),all seater stadia,rip-off replica shirts changed every year,win or else mentality,mortgage cost season tickets and when 11,000 created a much better atmosphere than 41,000. Bring back terracing but also a dose of reality amongst those that run & play the game would help to.

Here's a question......in your own world,in what ever job you do,is it for the money only?,to pay the bills?,only here for the beer?. Or are you the type that whatever you do,you want to give it your best?,irrespective of what 'status' that job may have. To give your best and be under attack from all sides is soul destroying,the way its going Carlo is up sh*t creek,whatever is to happen.The thing is,whoever may replace him,will, sooner or later find himself in the same boat. Personally,all i can say that one of the best things you can give someone.............. is your faith in them,it can make one hell of a difference.

I guess changing managers with fresh ideas every 2 years or so can bring success,but old red nose Ferguson and the trophies Wenger won at the arse,(until he disappeared up his own chuff),proves different,and what about Guardola at Barcelona?. I only hope if/when Gourlay calls Carlo into the office and tells the only League & cup double winning manager in our history, your not good enough,he gives the suited ars*wipe a good smack!,fantastic.

Now isn't that a bit more respectfull?,my point is the words pathetic & Lampard have no place in the same sentence,yes,there are questions about Lamps future role at the club,but honestly.......pathetic,no,not ever. As for Mikel why would I never be convinced?.He has ALL the talent he needs,but does he have the guts?. If I were the manager at Chels,I would put much more responsobilty on his shoulders,I feel that at times he can 'hide' a bit during the tough fixtures,maybe its a confidence issue,but its something for sure he can overcome. There have been glimpses of what he can do,but,and its a big but,just like the effort Frank Lampard has made year after year,Mikel to get & stay at the top HAS to at some point soon,raise his game.

You call Lamps 'performance' pathetic and you say i should wash my mouth out.Do yourself a favour fella,get a good dictionary and look up the meaning of the words,gratitude & loyalty cos' you sure don't seam to have a clue what they mean. If Lampard was to take all his remaining contract money and leave today, he will always be a hero in my book and I for one will be always gratefull for what one of the worlds finest midfielders has done for this club. Pathetic performance?,still scored at Old Trafford didn't he?.If Mikel can show half of the attitude to improving his game that Lamps has done,the guy will be world class,but untill he puts a shift in,he will stay just above average.

Hernadez missed the only 'sitter' in the second half,Rooney had one blocked by a superb bit of deffending by Alex and had a shot which,was defflected over the bar,(not quite sure who blocked it though). 2-0 down in the first half with Mikel on the pitch isn't saying to much really,and anyone who can in all honesty,call Lampard 'pathetic' can go and F*CK himself.

I belive the Mikel 'bashing' as you call it,is more to do with dissapointment on a talented player who is capable of producing so much more than he is at present. But you can't compare him to Essien,(serious injurys),Lamps,(same as),Drogba,Torres & Malouda,who at most points in their respective careers,have 'done the bussiness' as they say. Kalou is a fair point,but the other guys have earned their spurs,it's just a case of injury,age and loss of confidence,but what is Mikel's problem?.

We all admire skillfull players, but what about the guys who had balls made of steel?,you know,the players who would stick their heads where the boots are flying. Step forward Ron Harris,Mickey Droy,Joey Jones & king Ossie to name just a Chelsea few. But what about other players from other clubs?.........how about Terry Butcher and to be fair, Tony Adams. While Lionel Messi is truly a wonderfull player to watch for any football fan,I kinda miss watching the good old fashioned 'hard nut' ply his trade,not dirty you understand but, hard as nails nether the less. Maybe it's a throwback to a bygone age,but are there any personal favourites out there?.

The look of displeasure Carlo gave Luiz was something to behold,David didn't help himself mouthing the words 'it's not my fault' to J.T. David is a top lad and will be a great player for us no doubt,but he made a rickett there and it was his fault. The game was a shocker for us as we all know,but this season could have gone much worse and as an older fan,there is no limit on how much worse things can get in football,so it's best to count your blessings. For a chap who's moved to a new country,learned a new language,lost his father recently,had to deal with a very expectant owner and had to handle the never ending sniping about his future,the dignity Carlo has shown is a lesson to us all. In contrast the attitude show by Ferguson, that prize pr*ck Rooney and the antics of an otherwise excellent player in Hernadez,show for all their success,you can never really,in all honestly,give them much respect can you?.

Mikel needs to sort out in his head where he wants to play on the pitch.Does he what to get forward more or is he happy in the holding role?. The problem as i see it is he's niether one thing or the other at the moment,there are times when he gets caught out at the back and more often than not gives the ball away cheaply trying to push forward.The lad has the talent to make it at the top,but he needs to really start to work at his game's weak areas because in the big matches,we need all the players to do their bit.

This would be excellent news and a big morale boost for all connected with Chelsea if it actually happens,at least our free kicks/crosses should improve 100%!.

I know Malouda can be frustrating at times,but as one of our more creative/skilled players,I think he's worth keeping hold of.Besides,he's our top league goalscorer & it should be remembered that he can't do it all on his own.

We were blitzed from the first to the last minute if the truth were told,the midfield was overrun and even the athletic Ashley Cole got grief from Valencia on the left. But lets keep positive,only a couple of months ago it looked if even a CL place was beyond us,so to take the title to the last few games isn't to bad,besides,it could be worse,look at the state of spuds & the arse!. Like everyone else, I wish we showed a bit more balls,but the team looked what it is.......slow, old & a bit to tired, with very little width & creativity in midfield. At least we can now see what needs fixing in the summer & we still have plenty of quality within the squad,with a fine crop of younger players who will i'm sure, feature more & more next year. Belive in Carlo,(who has always acted like a profesional,win or lose,with true dignity in defeat),which can't always be said about Ferguson or the disgracefull way his so called 'star' players rolled around to get our lads booked today and i reckon we will come back next season a better & wiser team. Come on you blues!.

Mikel need's to step up if he is to be a part of Chelsea's future,to be fair to him, when Essien has left the pitch he has taken a bigger role in the match and done well, but its still about time he started to show a bit of steel in his mind.Holding the ball is a good part of the modern midfielders game,but what about goal scoring?,in the toughest matches, against the elite opposition,we can't afford any passengers.He has all the ability he needs,i think it's time for Carlo to put much more responsbilty on his shoulders and let him show what he can do...............I think he'll do just fine.

To critisize the actions of the Barca players is all well and good,to be fair they deserve no less for their diving and card waving at the referee,but what about all the pre match mind games from Jose?. Having seen jose in the tunnel before our match against Inter a couple of years ago,with him greeting all his ex players with a warm handshake,can anyone,irrespective of how you feel about him as our ex manager,honestly say that he cares as much for the clubs he once managed as much as he cares about himself?.Give old red nose Ferguson his due & I guess Dalglish at the dippers,they both belive in the ideals/identity of a club. Jose only cares about the club he's managing at the time,which i suppose is all well & good but as a fan,for us,it's a life comitment,it would be great if the manager belived the same wouldn't it?. Mind games,gamesmanship,call it what you want, when it comes down to it on the field did he as a manager give his team the chance to give their best on the pitch?,did he free them from the shackles of doubt and fear of failling?,all this has nothing to do with the match officials it's about giving your best,because when all is said & done,giving it your best is all any manager/official/fan can ask of their team.

One of the main reasons to love Roman is he's spent close to 1 Billion pounds on our football club,and it sure wasn't for the publicity. Eat your heart out Arsenal,Man U, West Ham & Man City, who have all their own money making agendas.

Jose the special one?,to finish second in the league & second in the CL semi-final to your closest rivals?,do me a favour.Let's be clear,the way those Barcelona w**kers behaved is a disgrace,end of.But & this is a big but,did a multi million pound squad of players,with one of the most talented managers in world football actually do enough to prove their quality??. No they didn't,and as the saying goes...............he who dares........ wins. P.S. I still love him for all he's done for Chelsea................ but,time to move on.

Sorry to sound like a thicko,but what is a three word game??.If you want to know about stich-ups in sport, look no further than the play offs for the last world cup finals.It was supposed to be a free for all,but at the last moment,they decided to seed the teams and we all know what happened in Paris against the Irish!. Big sport attracts big sponsers and they don't care about right & wrongs,it's the way of a modern corperate world.

I don't care who banged who in their own time,it's called a private life for a reason and if ain't against the law and no animals are harmed,then who gives a sh*t. Wayne Bridge fu*ked himself a couple of years go,when onlone to Fulham.Just before the game at the Cottage against Chelsea, the t.v guy asked him who he wanted to win,and the pr*ck said Fulham!,he couldn't even be diplomatic and say a draw,what a james hunt...................bollocks to the d**khead.

There is so much more to being a top player than skill alone,of which, Mikel has plenty.It's what's in the heart & head that's vital to if you're going to be able to play at your best, in the most demanding of games under all that pressure. Mikel is still young and has time on his side,but he's been at Chelsea a few years now,at a top club that provides everything any young player could possibly need to grow as a pro player,except one thing,the desire to be your best. For no better example does he need than Frank Lampard,who after some unfortunate headlines early in his career,realized that he was on the verge of wasting his pro career and knuckled down,worked his socks off on the trainning ground and became the great player we all know & admire. Mikel has everything he needs,he now has to work hard and prove he wants it.

You judge Carlo on what he won in Italy?,last time I looked, Stamford Bridge is in England.Who gives a sh*t what his record was in Serie A?,a manager who wins a club's first EVER league & cup double,setting goal scoring records into the bargain is a hero in my book,honestly,what the feck more do you want??.

Because,like it or not,Torres is the future.If Didier tried hard enough to form a true understanding with nando,instead of a 'look at me' type of stance,then without doubt, he would be well worth another year's contract,(it could have been a superb partnership).But it was HIS choice,so the management need to support the future of CFC.
