For me, it has to be Ryan who stays. He has been on loan for ages and played well so he earned his chance. Also he is more experienced and defends better, which is the main task of a left back. And while PVA has the advantage in attacking talent, Ryan also can cross the ball quite good.

I'd go for Modric. Spuds are not short of money, Levy always pours in the cash. Their problem is that no sane worldclass player would sign for them, so all that cash does not do much good. If we pick their best player that just makes harder for them to attract players and to get back to the CL. And when they fail to do both come May, it will be Bale and VdV leaving. So ultimately they need Modric a lot more than 30-40m. We could dent Spuds' CL dream for long, long years with this move, effectively pushing them back to midtable mediocrity.

Well, all of them are still on the OS. They usually delete pretty quick everyone who has been axed. It looks like a bit that the media is trying to make room for AVB's own staff...
