Ben Sahar
just seen his goals on sky...one a traditional predatory one in the box and the other a nice strike from outside the area. The kid's got talent for sure

Gallas 'tormented'
he was offered the same as what arsenal did but rather late on in the proceedings so he'd already made his mind up to leave...I don't agree with everything Gallas did, but the club didn't do enough to keep him...anyway, the whole point I was making is whether you think he is a tosser or not, chelsea would be a much better team with him this season
-
Gallas 'tormented'
not desperate enough...we didn't give him the long well paid contract he wanted and deserved...much like terry and lamps appear to be miffed about sheva and ballack's wage, gallas was upset that he was on a lot less than terry and lamps and a few others even though he was a major man in our success. Chelsea's statement said that one of the reasons he was not offered loads was due to his commercial value or something like that which is ridiculous...if we are champions that's all the commercial value we need and we would have been a lot better defensively this season with him in the team... Gallas is a moody tosser no doubt, but if PK had done his job properly the situation would have been avoided...remember he only had a year left on his contract, we would never allow that to happen with terry and lamps...those two are playing hardball over their contract so what's the difference? I'm still not sure about this own goal claim of chelsea's...sounds like covering their tracks to me...of course i want willy to suffer at arsenal, but that's cos of my loathing of arse not willy...he's better than riccy, better than desailly was for us, better than leboeuf, and was in my chelsea all-time xi alongside JT in the middle...the way the title race appears to be going, it looks like both willy and chelsea will be the losers out of the situation, with utd the benefactors

Gallas 'tormented'
just remember guys we were the ones that wanted ashley cole and used gallas as part of the deal to get him

Israel vs England
as bad as lamps seemed to play on saturday, he once again was our biggest goal threat...just like in the world cup...he's going through a run for england at the moment where it's not going in for him, but as chelsea fans we know he will go on a run sooner or later...if he'd scored in a few of those games lately his place wouldn't be an issue...gerrard on the other hand has been sh*te for england for ages and deserves to be under much more scrutiny than our frank

Israel vs England
for first time in a long time, I decided not to bother with england game and went out instead...came back and watched the so-called highlights and the game went exactly as I expected...we're sh*te and mcclaren is out of his depth...still had to laugh as 606 predictably went on drop lamps put gerrard in the middle arguement even though gerrard was sh*te again...alan green on 606 had a major rant against lamps and then one wolves fan rang up and said why do you always pick on lamps, oh that's right you're a liverpool fan, but gerrard has been sh*te for ages, why not drop gerrard? Greeny denied it but cut him off for the next caller...typical

SEMI VENUE

Young Player of the Year.
Diarra...had to bide his time, almost lost the plot, but proved worth the wait
-
player of the year vote
Damn, I forgot about Ballack...mind you it wouldn't be the first time this season
-
player of the year vote
I'm not sure if Ricky is going to get Just's vote. I have heard he has put his support behind Robben
-
player of the year vote
the official website is now taking votes from members/season ticket holders for player of the year...i must admit I have found my choice for this season harder than most cos essien and drogba are so close...i have been a drogba man for most of the season, but ended up choosing essien...i just think his amazing job of playing brilliantly in so many positions this season should be recognised...I also think didier has had a lot of accolades this season, while michael is in danger of being ignored, particularly by the media...so as painful as it was to not vote drogba (I personally feel they should share it), i have gone for the bison

FA set to study 'Drogba stamp'
I found this exclusive story from the Daily Crap: The FA are set to charge Chelsea Fc with inciting every non-chelsea fan in the country after studying footage of two end of season parades in west london. Chelsea players and management showed a blatant disregard for the fragile feelings of others by sitting on a top of a bus as it drove through a part of west london to celebrate two championship wins. They even allowed chelsea fans to share in their achievement despite the terrible affect the television pictures must have had on viewers from rival clubs. It is understood the club hope to show off more trophies in May, but the FA are set to step in and charge them with being a successful club

chelsea future
the thing about mikel is he looks a stronger more imposing player and certainly looked like a towering presence last night...but diarra is tops too! funny how no-one is talking about our 'kids' who are actually plaing in big games not just the carling cup

Spuddies vs. CFC - Round 2
cole had his good and bad moments last nnight and still looks a far cry from best lb in the world the way jenas motored past him was embarassing and jose had a right pop at him moments later after sheva scored....yes i respect his great block in the first half, his ball to drogba for the second goal, but he still looks very ropey when someone runs at him
-
chelsea future
getting back to the point, I think Mikel is now the man who should inherit the 'maka' role when he goes/retires...he has looked extremely good the last few games when he has played there and last night he made spurs really struggle...it was a nioticeable difference from diarra, superb talent though he is, from the first game at sb...i think essien is wasted in the holding role too...diarra could play a more attacking roloe in midfield or stay as a right back, he makes the odd mistake due to inexperience/being a stranger to the position, but he had lennon in his pocket by the end of the match
-
Spuddies vs. CFC - Round 2
Who's your daddy then? Jose...I have been trying to keep it quiet
-
Spuddies vs. CFC - Round 2
just got back myself and what a great night...it's a sh*thole, it's a sh*thole, it's a sh*thole at the lane...nothing major kicked off tonight apart from what you saw on the pitch...Mikel was my mom, a classy display in holding role and showed what we lacked in first game...diarra was good at rb and made life hard for lennon...i felt jt is already getting close to his best already...nothing was so sweet as us chelsea boys giving that scum a real earbashing at 2-0...they were dead quiet and all you could hear was our abuse

Saturdays crowd
I wasn't there on sat but I have been to the shed for a few games lately and it's definitely on the up...I was there for porto and there were a lot of timers there going through the repertoire...it was so much better and the experiment is definitely working...the shed could be on the way back, despite poxy away fans sitting in one corner and that can only be good news for the atmosphere

LAMPS IS GOING NOWHERE
because when they write that he's leaving, he's not quoted saying that...here we have him passionately stating the opposite and the paper is just running his quotes...even they couldn't twist those to make it sound like he's doing anything else but staying at chelsea...also I was watching chelsea tv on friday night and neil barnett said that lamps had told him to specifically tell us that he is going nowhere
-
LAMPS IS GOING NOWHERE
In his own words, the man has dismissed talk of a move...I had to laugh in a way though as weren't the sun one of the papers going on about lamps leaving and yet he gives them the interview! http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2002 ... 45,00.html

Stand up for the Champions
if utd win the league this year it will be by default...they have had a v good season for sure, but the six point gap was caused by absence of terry and cech for at least a third of the season and J cole for most of it...I find it incredible that we still have the best defensive record in the league despite our best back five playing less than half the games together at least...not to mention all the trouble off the pitch and the fact we hit the woodwrok every match.. For all utd's ability, luck has been very much on their side and against us...even the fixture list is conspiring against us as we probably won't get the chance to beat you with a month of the season left cos of the fa cup... I'm not sure what this utd fan wants, he seems to want to be welcomed by us and yet is constantly slagging the club and it's players off, what does he expect? As for utd having a great blend of youth and exp...well maybe for the short term, but you have a lot of ageing players who won't be able to go on for much longer...take maka, sheva and ballack out of our squad and the average age of our club is at most mid-20's...if we fall short we will be back stronger than ever next season and will have learned from some of the mistakes we made this year
-
Gallas 'tormented'
I know why there is a lot of hate for willy, but for me he is still one of the best defenders we have ever had and is in my all-time chelsea xi...sure he's a prat and made a mistake by leaving, but that won't make me forget the five years he gave to the club

knee surgery for bridge tonight
blue is the colour, respect for the avatar...as for bridge, it's been usual favourtism from jose...last few seasons carvalho played centre half even though the gallas jt partnership was clearly the best, but he signed riccy so....the same goes for this season...bridge has clearly been the better lb...to be honest i think ashley has benefitted from the pro-arsenal press all these years and is not as good as he has been made out....best lb in the world...you're having a laugh...anyone still believing that should watch a rerun of last week's cup-tie against the spurs...hope bridgey comes back soon

Chelsea killjoys - the end of celery
I'm not at game v sheff u today but I urge all fans to defiantly sing the celery song loud and clear...celery is a big part of our history...i remember being at fa cup semi in 2002 when fans threw celery at harrods tosser mohammed fayed and he hid behind his bodyguards

Fixture madness!!
let's face it we can now add the nightmare fixture list to injuries, hitting the woodwork every match, infighting in the club, utd's form and luck that has got in the way of us winning the title this season...it's incredible the amount of hurdles we have had to overcome...we could be facing a bunch of fixtures in the last week...saw a piece in the standard today that said the premeir league had told spurs the game on april 7 had to go ahead, but that spurs would appeal if they get drawn away in uefa cup the thursday before...what happens, they get sevilla away on thursday 5th meaning they are hardly likely to want to play chelsea at sb 36 hours later...utd are looking vulnerable with injuries etc and the fact we just won't go away, but the fixture backlog will work in their favour...it's so frustrating
