I think they did bud. I heard something about a grossly overpriced sponsorship deal from on of the brothers which ensured that they couldn't fall foul of FFP.

Courtois Dave. Luiz. Rudiger Moses. Bakayoko. Kante. Alonso Willian. Hazard Morata Looks pretty solid to me with the exception of Moses. In a perfect world I'd like to see him replaced with Danilo (looking less likely) or Aurier. To really take it too the next level I'd replace Alonso and Willian as well but I have an attachment to them so maybe a slight bias there. In a perfect world I'd replace them with Sandro or R. Rodriguez and Sanchez.

Still got personal terms to go yet and given we've shown our hand then I expect he'll push his luck!

The thing that's stands out to me with the whole Costa scenario is that he's a world class star who is available, literally to anyone for six months as long as you pay his wages. After that he's off to Athletico. Those 6 months he's going to be playing in what will be a World Cup year. So it's really in his interests to be at top form. And despite all of this, no f***er wants him.

The Arsenal/Matic thing is a smokescreen for Sanchez. I can dream can't I!

Bertrand Traore IS a youngster and he's looked fantastic during pre-season with us, sadly not really set Ajax alight although he's hardly done badly. £20M is a very good price though. Be an interesting one this.

I agree with some of what Katyusha says about KDB . Great crosser, 10x the player Oscar was when played in the same position. But Katyusha, if you don't watch your "attack is the best form of defense" style on this board you're unlikely to enjoy yourself very much or even have a meaningful discussion with anybody. As much as people have opposing views, we are all on the same side in here. So chill out a little bit and have some fun, otherwise you'll just go down the same route as so many before you.

Dybala/Greizmann, Reus, Varane, R. Rodriguez. Also wouldn't mind an RWB and a CM like Verrati with more height. Of course none of those are requiements and just part of my dream transfer window.
