Biggest tension before a game at sb?
1988 when boro won 2-1 on agg! the most stupidiest system of playing for a 1st division spot! 2007 when we beat the goons in cardiff. we arrived 15minutes late and missed our tout but was sort of lucky to meet another who sold us tickets for £55. i sat with the chelsea juniors while my mate sat with the gooners behind the goon bench!

Rafa rant at the fans
i'm getting the impression that these lone rangers are hated by their own and that the only attention they get is from there rivals! i suppose abuse is better than no attention! adios FSW!

John Obi Mikel Appreciation Thread
sorry fella! i don't really look too much at the stats. i love watching every football going from sunday league to everything on the screen and that includes cundy and neville picking over the bones! i'm just saying citeh have not been as mean since de jong went or as potent in attack. i just think de jong is very good at his job and this season without him has highlighted citeh struggling to keep pace with us at the start and with manure now.

if mikel keeps playing then it is a gurantee that the FSW will be gone and perhaps sooner! citeh are leaking goals ever since de jong went. i think mikel is a good player who is ok for some teams. it has not escape my notice that against teams like juve, loserpool, manure and the likes that he gets a lot of critics on his back!

JT v FSW
FSW asked what went wrong during a meeting on the training ground and JT spoked up and it developed into a row! If this is the case then i fear it might harm our chances of Champion league next season!

when he just allowed toure to stroll pass him for the first goal, all he did was stick his leg out half heartedly. this was followed by the commentators saying ' for a defensive midfielder he should of done more'.

The Rafa Benitez Thread (merged)
The sun has actually printed an apology for accusing JT and the FSW of rowing after the 3-2 defeat by newcastle! Stuff like this justify my paranoia of certain people who have an agenda!

Josh McEachran - Future at Chelsea?

Let’s see if we can dispel some old myths
correct me if i am wrong. i was under the impression that the reason jose left (and not sacked) was because he was undermined by the support that was given to arnesen. jose opposed the appointment of arnesen in 2005. coming to the time jose was leaving, jose blamed arnesen for the lack of talent coming through the chelsea youth ranks. i get the impression arnesen (who worked under sir bobby robson at PSV) took the credit for unearthing ronaldo, stam, nistleroy and robben. i'm guessing this is why abramovich wanted him. my opinion is that the dutch system is always going to unearth good talent and that it had nothing to do with arnesen but just him being there at the right time. i have come to the conclusion that his time with us shows that he has lived of this and that jose was correct in his opinion at the start and during his reign. the team of jose, clarke, villas-boas and rodgers does not indicate to me that jose wanted to go anywhere else to soon. in fact it indicates that jose wanted to stay and leave a legacy. perhaps i am looking at this in a simple way with rose tinted glasses! still looking at the chelsea old boys doing well at other clubs does make me think!

Guess the attendance
i just realised it's valentines day! so unless they got a lady like moi then i guess it is going to be a pretty small crowd! maybe 20000+!

mikel is a good player but he is frustrating. i see him at times just ball watching and getting caught out. against shakter for the second goal he just turned his back to see where the pass went and ferdinho scores and juventus he did the same thing and quagmire scores. loserpool and manure's midfield caused him no end of problems and his frustrations boiled over. i don't care about the stats because i see every match and some live. maybe i am one of those who like to see a midfielder all action in helping out the defense and the attackers. i love seeing ramires sprinting full pelt back to our half when we lose possesion and making himself available as an outlet when the attack runs up a deadend.i can't remember which match it was but luiz had a full on discussion with him pointing to areas of the pitch with mikel which seems to me that luiz was telling him what to do! maybe i am bias and simple in my interpertations but i see it and i'm sure i'm not the only one!

Its Amazing...
since abramovich has been stung twice perhaps he has learned the errors of his way! hoping!

What was the point in getting Ba?
none

Guess the attendance
tickets are £30. it might be a full house because it is half term and i would imagine the old 'uns will want to take the young 'uns to savour a match.

Ashley Cole - 100 caps
i'm glad this 'goon' came to us because he has indeed helped influenced us in winning honours. i just thought 'cashley' with what i read in the papers. i noticed he rarely if at all gives interviews to journos! i guess this gets up these people's noses and they just like to pick on the negatives! one of coles teachers (a john oshea) gave an insight that he was a modelled student and would avoid trouble so that he can play football. he also revealed that cole came back to the school to support some programme and spoke to the whole school.
